Underwear multipack
I was really disappointed with my recent purchase from you. Firstly, not having free shipping is a big letdown, especially since most online stores offer it these days. Also, it was frustrating that some items were only available on your website, limiting choices for those who prefer to shop in-store. And including white underwear in the multipack was a major disappointment. Who wants white underwear? Assuming that everyone does is a big mistake. Lastly, not stocking size 7 for female shoppers is not okay. Good communication with suppliers is key to making sure customers can easily find the sizes they need. Overall, it's disappointing to see a lack of attention to customer preferences and needs.

Sparkly sweater purchase
I got this really cute sparkly sweater online, but when it came, it was in two parts with a security tag that I couldn't get rid of. I tried contacting customer service, but they were totally MIA and not responding at all. And to top it off, I couldn't even return it because it wasn't on the list. What a bummer, right?

Coffee that doesn't give me a crash!
Everyday Dose coffee is seriously life-changing! I used to always crash after my regular coffee, but not anymore with this stuff! The taste is unreal, the frother is so cool, and the recipe book is just a sweet extra. I'm totally hooked on this coffee now and it's definitely a must in my daily routine.

Wedding ring purchase
This company messed up big time with their credit card shenanigans, causing me an extra $600 in interest charges. I signed up for their Credit Card during a promo period to buy an engagement ring and paid it off early. But when I used the card again for wedding bands, they split my payments between the old balance and the new purchase, sneakily letting the promo deal slip through my fingers and hitting me with unexpected fees. Nobody bothered to tell me about this little trick, and when I called customer service, they basically told me tough luck. This surprise expense really threw a wrench in our wedding budget, and I'm never setting foot in that store again. Hopefully, sharing my story will help others steer clear of supporting a company that plays dirty with their credit card tricks.

Online divorce service
I recently used this online divorce service to help with my legal stuff. At first, I thought I'd only have to pay $39.99 a month and could quit whenever. But man, was I shocked when I got charged over $400 Canadian, which is like $299 in US dollars. That's way more than I was expecting, and to top it off, they told me I couldn't get a refund because of some "connection fee." The whole situation made me feel annoyed and disappointed with the service.

High-quality sauna
After doing lots of research and thinking it over for about three months, I finally took the plunge and bought a really nice sauna. When it arrived, I was relieved to see that everything was in great shape, aside from a little rip in the box. Putting it together was a piece of cake, and I was pleasantly surprised by how well-made and worth the money the sauna was.

Garmin Edge 1040
I have been working with Probikekit for over 2 months trying to get my refund. I shipped the return back to them and have the proof of delivery for weeks and they keep pawning it off to a new department that never responds. Worst experience I have ever had and still trying to get my $600 back. Buy from somewhere that actually accepts returns!

Flamingo Run
This company is terrible. My medal was lost in the mail. I notified them several times. Got spotty responses from them. Finally after a week of the tracking number not going anywhere, they said they would issue a refund. Got an email on 5/20/2021 stating that my order was canceled and I would get a refund. Waiting 7-10 days, no refund. Messaged them on Facebook and was told the refund was not processed and they would put a rush on it. I acquired on 6/15/2021. I was told a refund was processed on 6/3. Called my back and they are telling me the refund was for $4. Messaged the company, no response. Emailed them and got a canned response. I text them and was told to contact customer service. Told them I did and I was told to wait 72 hours. Terrible!
