Smart water bottle
I bought this fancy water bottle thinking it would help me keep track of how much water I drink every day. But even though I did everything the instructions said, charged it up all the way, and calibrated it, the app just wouldn't cooperate. Sometimes it would show how much I drank, but most of the time it wouldn't sync up at all. I tried resetting the app a bunch of times, but it didn't help. I was really let down because this product didn't do what I thought it would.
Water bottle purchase
I just got this cool smart water bottle from a company, hoping to use the app to monitor my water intake and meet my hydration goals. But man, let me tell you, the app has been a total letdown. It's been acting up for the last couple of months, making it impossible for me to actually keep track of my water intake. I tried reaching out to customer support, but they haven't been much help at all. All they keep saying is that there are "server issues," and they haven't fixed anything. So, if you're thinking about getting this bottle for the app, I'd say hold off until they sort out all these issues. It's just not worth it right now.
Useless bottle
This water bottle is seriously ridiculous! It's supposed to help you keep track of how much water you drink, but it just sits on your phone and doesn't even do its job. The app can't even locate it, so what's the use? It's basically just a fancy thermos that's useless. Save your money and don't buy this useless thing!
New water bottle
I just got myself a new water bottle 'cause my old one broke and when I tried calling the company for help, they didn't even pick up! I'm super disappointed 'cause I've been buying their water bottles forever and I always thought they had good customer service. Turns out, not so much!
Smart water bottle
The smart water bottle looks great and all, but I've been having some problems with it accurately keeping track of how much water I actually drink. It's not syncing up right and it's not doing what I thought it would. Plus, their customer service could use some work, they haven't even bothered to respond to my emails about the issues. Overall, I wouldn't suggest getting this product based on my experience.
Defective product
This product has been a total nightmare since I bought it five months ago. Right from the start, it's been nothing but trouble. I was supposed to get a new charger, but it never showed up, even after they sent it multiple times. And the replacement charger didn't even fix the problem. They tried sending me a new puck, but that never made it to me either. I'm so fed up at this point, I just want to return the whole thing and get a refund.
