purple hoodie, black leggings
This store is a hot mess! I got a purple hoodie and some black leggings, but they didn't fit so I had to return them. And then they didn't want to give me my money back! How rude, right? Customer service is just awful, like they don't give a crap about us customers. I am never coming back here, that's for sure.
Online shopping experience
My recent online shopping experience with that company has been really frustrating. Every time I try to buy something, I get an email saying it's out of stock, which is so annoying and makes it hard to shop there. Plus, the 20% off promo code they give in the "sorry email" never works when I try to use it, just adding to the annoyance and hassle.
Dissatisfied with Customer Service
I had a really bad experience with the customer service at this place. Something went wrong with my order and the staff was not helpful at all, they were just plain rude. They wouldn't give me a refund or try to fix the problem. The way they acted was totally unprofessional and they showed no empathy. It left me feeling really unhappy with how everything turned out.
Poor quality clothing item
I had a really bad time at that store in LA. They wouldn't take back my purchase because they said the tag had been re-attached, even though the item was super low quality, all wrinkled, and didn't even fit right. I was so let down by how they treated me, so I definitely won't be going back. I wouldn't suggest shopping there to anyone.
Oversized jacket purchase
I am so bummed about this jacket I bought recently. It's huge! Like, way bigger than I thought it would be. And on top of that, the company is not helping me fix it at all. I've been trying to get a refund and return it, but they won't give me the code I need. I've emailed and called them so many times, but no luck. Honestly, this company is the worst. I wouldn't recommend buying anything from them.
