    So hey, I read all these negative reviews, but, you know, my experience has been amazing! I had never shopped at that fancy store before, but I stumbled upon some really cool watches online. The first one I got was a Citizen Tsuyosa Men's Automatic watch and it was way cheaper than anywhere else. And on top of that, I scored a discount on my first purchase! It was the newest model too, not some old stock. Then I treated myself to a Tissot PRX Powermatic 80 Men's Automatic Watch. It was priced the same as everywhere else, but then I received a killer discount email and decided to go for it. Definitely reaping the benefits of being a vault member. And using my Honey Gold to get some gold was just the cherry on top!

    The service at this jewelry store is amazing. Elizabeth in the Jewelry Repair Department here really went above and beyond to make all of my jewelry look brand new again. She rhodium and polished everything and even set a beautiful 3 carat oval diamond for me a while back. It looks absolutely stunning! The amount of detail and care she puts into her work is top-notch. I'm thrilled with the results and the service I got. Elizabeth is fantastic at what she does.

    I bought this really cute tri-color gold twist bracelet from a jewelry store at the mall not long ago. It cost me around $800, and at that price, I was hoping it would be a good investment and last a while. But, after only a few months, the bracelet started falling apart. I went back to the store, thinking they'd help me out with getting it fixed. Turns out, they asked me if I'd gotten insurance for it (which I hadn't), and then said they couldn't do anything about it. I left feeling let down and pretty annoyed.

    Anniversary ring purchase

    I ordered an anniversary ring for my wife's 33rd year on December 18th, a whole month in advance, thinking I would have plenty of time to get it and everything would go smoothly. Boy, was I wrong. It's now the 11th, three days before our anniversary, and the ring is still in fulfillment. I can't seem to get a real person to talk to most of the time, and when I do, they just tell me that the case was sent to their Commerce Department a day ago and they would be in touch. But they haven't reached out at all - not by email, not by text, not by phone call. This has been the worst jewelry buying experience I have ever had.

    I went to this store not too long ago and honestly, I was super let down by how things went down. The customer service was just so bad and the whole vibe was off. The people working there were not helpful at all and kind of rude, and the stuff they were selling was really not up to par. On top of that, when I tried to get a refund, they totally messed it up. It's a shame since I've been a loyal customer for years now. But hey, I won't be going back there anytime soon.

    This company messed up big time with their credit card shenanigans, causing me an extra $600 in interest charges. I signed up for their Credit Card during a promo period to buy an engagement ring and paid it off early. But when I used the card again for wedding bands, they split my payments between the old balance and the new purchase, sneakily letting the promo deal slip through my fingers and hitting me with unexpected fees. Nobody bothered to tell me about this little trick, and when I called customer service, they basically told me tough luck. This surprise expense really threw a wrench in our wedding budget, and I'm never setting foot in that store again. Hopefully, sharing my story will help others steer clear of supporting a company that plays dirty with their credit card tricks.

    I just bought a diamond ring from this store, and I was bummed to see that some of the stones were missing. I have a warranty, but because I didn't check the ring before, I gotta pay for the missing diamonds. I'm really disappointed and won't be coming back to this store again.

    Autopay Financing Issue

    I had a really bad experience with autopay at the store where I bought something. I thought I was all set up with the credit card company to make automatic payments for my purchase. They told me everything would be paid off in 18 months with no interest. But when those 18 months were up, I saw I still owed a bunch because of some sneaky interest charge. I felt like they weren't being honest with me, and it didn't seem right.

    I bought my wedding ring at this store, and let me tell you, it's been a total nightmare. The first ring they sent me had a busted sapphire, which was a major letdown. I had to drive 2 hours to get it fixed, only to find out that they didn't have my appointment saved and the person who was supposed to help me called out sick. After all that mess, they told me they couldn't fix it and I needed a new one. I could have just done that from home! When the new ring finally showed up, it was broken again and the wrong size. To top it off, it said "Made in India" on the tag, which was definitely not what I expected. I got in touch with them and was told they don't even make that ring anymore, even though it was still up for sale online. This whole thing has completely ruined my Christmas proposal and the first two months of being engaged. I am so angry and disappointed with the terrible service and quality I've gotten.
