Girlfriend's Christmas gift
I had the most terrible experience with customer service recently. I ordered a Christmas gift for my girlfriend, and my credit card was showing the transaction as pending for 6 whole days without any communication or updates. I tried emailing them twice, but got no response or tracking info. Finally, I had to call my credit card company to stop the payment.
Christmas gift for my wife
I had a awful experience with this company's customer service. I ordered a gift for my wife for Christmas, and even though they took my money, I never got any confirmation or order numbers. I tried contacting customer service through text and email, but I never heard back from them. This has definitely been the worst customer service experience I've had with a company.
Wrong item received
I just wanna share with y'all an online shopping experience I had that was a major letdown. I bought a gift for my girl but got the totally wrong item in the mail. So I hit up customer service right away to fix the mix-up, but they straight up ghosted me - didn't even bother to acknowledge my problem. The way they left me hanging like that is just not cool, man.
