High quality fashion, affordable prices
I just bought some stuff from this boutique and I gotta say, I was super impressed with what I got. The clothes I got were not only cute but also didn't break the bank, which is always a win. They fit just right and looked exactly like they did on the website, which is always a relief when you're shopping online. I did have a couple items that were on backorder, but they still came in right on time with no issues. All in all, I'm really happy with my purchase and for sure will be shopping here again.
High-end fashion
I just bought some stuff from Lane 201 Boutique and I gotta say, I was pretty let down by the quality. The prices were way too high for what I got, and the clothes just didn't meet the standards I was hoping for. Plus, the return policy was confusing and I could only get store credit, which was way less than what I spent. It would have been nice if they were more upfront and flexible with returns, and had better quality checks on their products.
Cute top
So, I got this top from the store and let me tell you, it was really cute! But when I tried to return it because it didn't fit right, they made it really difficult for me. They never explained their return policy before I made the purchase, and then they made me pay for the shipping to send it back! Like, seriously not cool! The top itself was just okay, nothing too special, so I was definitely expecting better customer service. Just be careful with these sneaky companies, they'll definitely try to pull a fast one on you!
Multiple Orders out of stock more than a week after ordering
I have ordered quite a bit from this store. They have cute clothes. But I ordered an outfit for a photo shoot including a pair of jeans, they didn't fit. So I returned it and your only option is store credit. So I placed an order for a Skirt the day it came out and a week later they emailed me to say they couldn't process my order because the skirt is out of stock. So, I wouldn't be able to get anything in time now because it should have almost been delivered. I was quite disappointed but understood so I ordered a pair of shorts with the once again store credit. Now today I have received another email stating the shorts I ordered is out of stock and order can't be processed. A WEEK after ordering. I want my money back not a store credit as I can't even order anything. Why is it that hard to know your inventory?
