Two dresses
I recently bought two dresses from this store and I gotta say, overall I was pretty happy with my experience. The dresses were good quality and the sizing was right on point. But, I did run into a little snag with one of the dresses and ended up having to return it. The whole return process ended up dragging out way longer than I expected, taking over a month to get my money back. I had to follow up twice just to get a response, but when I finally did, the customer service team was quick to get back to me. Even though I appreciated the fast replies, I was bummed out about how long it took to get my refund. Hopefully they can tighten up their returns policy in the future to make things run smoother.
Quality products !Quality price
Lovely dresses slightly different from normal clothing styles.Currently I am using jackets Trousers and shorts of this premium shop.Not faire to say available in cheaper rates One thing is in customers favor,big discounts can be availed time to time or on good occasions.
Velvet made rape mini dress I liked unfortunately this item was not available with discount.So I paid full amount , something more then my preferred budget.Its from Ruby Halley design mind instead in burgundy color diamante velvet I liked in first look.In fact this not velvet ,just looks likes ,made by polyester mainly.Nicely packed parcel delivered well on time.Great quality, excellent customer service
I just bought a jumpsuit from this brand and I have to say, the quality is top-notch. The fabric is sturdy and the stitching is flawless, making it a go-to piece in my closet for any event. The jumpsuit always looks fantastic on and I get compliments every time I wear it. Plus, I had a question about my order and the customer service was outstanding. Sandra responded quickly and was super helpful and friendly the whole time. I really value the way they take care of their customers and pay attention to the little things.
Selena dress in white
I recently bought the Selena dress in white and it was a great experience all around. The delivery was fast and the dress looked just like it did in the picture. The only issue was that the sleeves were a bit tight, making it hard to lift my arms without the dress creeping up. But the customer service was really helpful and nice, they answered all my questions quickly. Even with that small problem, I was happy with my purchase and would definitely think about buying from them again in the future.
Fashionable clothing
I just have to say, the customer service at this place is amazing! It's really nice to work with a company that responds quickly and has a great attitude. The clothes are really high-quality and they have a ton of options to pick from. I'll definitely be coming back to shop here again!
One dress purchase
The dress I bought was seriously top-quality, like, better than anything I've seen before. It got to me super quick after I ordered it, and I was totally blown away by how fast it was delivered. Only hiccup was that it was too small, but I couldn't find the return email. So I hit up customer service, and they got back to me almost right away, hooked me up with the return process, and fixed everything up real quick.
Life-changing clothing
I finally found a brand that fits my curves just right! I'm seriously blown away by how well these clothes fit and the quality is top-notch. Finding pants that actually fit me is usually a struggle, but these ones are a game-changer. Normally I avoid buying pants online because of my past issues, but this brand has completely changed my mind. I ordered some for a special event and I'll for sure be a loyal customer for every occasion from now on. This brand has totally won me over.
Discounted dress purchase
I just bought a dress on sale from this company, but when I checked my email receipt, I noticed that the discount didn't go through. I reached out to customer service about it, and they got back to me the same day. They quickly refunded me the amount of the discount, and it was back in my account the next day. The customer service team was really on top of it, and I was impressed. Plus, the dress I got was beautiful and came on time. My whole experience with this company was great.
Beautiful dress for engagement party
I just bought a gorgeous dress for my engagement party from this company. The seam had a little split, but when I reached out to customer service, they were really helpful and understanding about it. They quickly sent me a gift voucher for the full price of £168. Even though there was a small issue, I was really impressed with how they handled everything and I would definitely think about buying from them again in the future. The dress was stunning and exactly what I wanted.
Dress purchase
I got this dress from the store and it was really nice quality overall, but there was a little problem with the stitching. The customer service, though, was top-notch. They were super quick to respond when I reached out about the issue and helped me easily return the dress for a replacement. I was really impressed by how professional they were and how much they cared about making sure I was happy. It definitely made me feel good about shopping with them in the future.
Black Midi Dress
The customer service at this store is amazing! I had such a great experience with the team, they were super nice and helpful. I missed the deadline for returns because something unexpected came up, but they totally got it and agreed to still give me a refund. The dresses I bought were so pretty, but I had trouble finding the right size since I'm in between sizes. Even with that little hiccup, I'll definitely be coming back to shop here again.
Forgotten welcome discount
I totally spaced on using my welcome discount when I bought something, but when I emailed customer service, they were super helpful and fixed everything right away. They gave me back the money I missed out on and were really nice the entire time. Thanks for the awesome customer service!
Great customer service
I ran into a problem when trying to return my order past the return deadline, but luckily the customer service team was amazing. They extended the return period for me, which was a huge relief. The team was quick, efficient, and really saved me. I'm grateful for their fast help and support in getting my issue sorted out.
Long wait for refund
I ordered some clothes but they didn't fit, so I had to send them back. I waited and waited for my money back. I even tried to get in touch, but no one got back to me! Then I ordered more clothes, and they took so long to get here. It was like a guessing game! And then I had to send those back too, and still no refund!
Cape jumpsuit in sage and cream colors
I just got this awesome cape jumpsuit in sage and cream from here and let me tell you, it's top-notch quality. It's really well-made, you can tell they put a lot of care into every little detail. It fits great and the design is so cool, definitely stands out in my closet. I loved it so much that I even got another color. It's safe to say I'm a happy customer!

Shirt and jeans
Thank you so much to the customer service rep for helping me out and going the extra mile to get my money back. It's such a relief knowing that if anything goes haywire, there's someone there to sort it out quickly. I'll definitely be recommending this place to all my friends.
Dress
Terrible Customer Service. They do not answer emails or phone calls. I returned a dress because it was too large for me, and I orderer an exchange for a smaller size. This was on 13th JANUARY 2023. More than a month right now. And I paid 160€ for dress plus 30€ for delivery service. Almost 200€ and I have no answers,no dress and no money. Unbelievable... Such a shame...
