Repair of old multi-tool
So I had to send in my trusty old multi-tool for repair because the serrated blade had snapped. I was super clear with them that I didn't want a replacement since this tool was a special gift that meant a lot to me. And get this - not only did they fix the serrated knife, but they also threw in a new standard blade, a diamond file, a saw, new screwdriver bits, and even replaced the eyeglasses bit! And hold on, there's more - they upgraded the pliers to the fancy new ones with removable cutters, while still keeping the original chassis and scissors so it still had that familiar feel. It's really awesome to see a company that genuinely cares about their customers and goes the extra mile to make them happy. Now, every time I reach for my multi-tool, I can't help but crack a smile because of the outstanding service I received!

Nice,small tools but useful tools.Already had some small daily usable from Leatherman.
Though not cost effective as I always wish .But if someone go to market just to buy a small tools expenses always if calculate fuel cost.
So better to buy online either little high or low doesn't matter .
One 18 tools Wave I booked yesterday.Not yet received here,hope within two days they will deliver it.I have already taken one similar ,not by function as provided in Wave.
I aspect some more to daily tools in this store as already selling this particular section.

I got my multitool from this place and wow, it was seriously rough. The customer service was just awful. They didn't even try to help me out when I needed to return something, and then they actually kept it! Can you believe that? I bet their products are just as bad as their staff, I swear. But then, they really turned things around and sent me a new item while apologizing for their terrible communication. So, I guess things can work out in the end, you know?
New product replacement after 11 years
I just had a problem with my trusty multitool, which finally gave out after 11 years of use. When I reached out to customer service for help, they told me they couldn't fix it because it was too old. But then they surprised me by offering to replace it with a brand new one. The whole process went really smoothly, and I got my new tool in just a few days. I'm really impressed by the great customer service and how they stuck to their warranty.
Engraved titanium multi-tool
I just got this cool engraved titanium multi-tool for my husband as a gift. I ordered it on December 12th, thinking it would show up after Christmas because of the custom engraving. But guess what? It actually arrived on December 19th, plenty early for the holiday. The engraving looks even better than I hoped and the whole tool is really well made. I'm super happy with what I bought and the service I got from the company.
Multi tool user since 1989
I've been using a multi tool since way back in 1989, and I gotta admit, the quality and toughness of this thing really impresses me. But I've been seeing some feedback about the customer service that's got me a little worried. It's super important for a top-notch product to have top-notch customer support, so I really hope Leatherman can step up and fix this.
Great multi-tool
I received this amazing tool as a gift back in '99 and I used it all the time until it finally broke. I sent it in for repairs and got a brand new one in less than a week! It was so cool!
