    Experts already tested long back and suggest few suggestions.Progressive glasses for computers to too much reflections .
    Already using right glasses since long time but plan to change frame this time and so why not glasses too.
    Provided relevant information to Lens Direct .Very shortly I received my new glass with plastic frame.No heating problem,no too much adjustment over settings .Quite fine and satisfactory.I am fine with my glass ,thanks to store. Really this was a great frame Best suitable for distances and clean to read closer alphabets and anything.

    Replacement lenses with sentimental frames

    My experience with LensDirect has been amazing. The customer service rep I talked to, Bibi, was so nice and helpful. I recently lost my husband and needed specific frames that were sentimental to me. Unfortunately, LensDirect couldn't replace them because they were fragile. But Bibi went out of her way to help me find a solution. She gave me similar frames to choose from and even offered to clean my old lenses and give them back to me with my original frames. It's not often you find companies that are so helpful, and Bibi showed exceptional service. I'm really thankful for her help during a tough time. Thanks a lot, Bibi!

    Replacement sunglass lens order

    I had some trouble ordering a replacement lens for my sunglasses over the weekend. I tried to talk to customer service through chat, but was surprised to see they were only available Monday-Friday. Then, Jordan texted me out of the blue to help. I told him about the problem, but his suggestions didn't fix it. He passed my issue along to the Team, and they got in touch with me on Monday morning. I was able to place my order over the phone without a problem. I was really impressed with how well the customer service agents communicated and handled everything.

    I just got some contact lenses from LensDirect and let me tell you, the customer service was top-notch. Kayla was so helpful, friendly, and super patient with me the whole way through. She made sure I remembered to send in my prescription and checked in with me right away. It felt like she was replying back instantly every time! But then I stumbled upon this amazing online store and it was a breeze. Much cheaper and the quality was top-notch. I definitely suggest going there instead of the other places I used to go to.     I just bought two new pairs of progressive lenses from this company, and I have to say, I was really impressed by their amazing customer service and the great quality of the product.     Contact lenses order delay

    Ordering my contact lenses was easy, but getting my prescription verified was a nightmare. The website said it would take 8 business hours to verify and ship the next day, but after 3 days, my order was marked as having a "Bad Prescription." Nobody contacted me for my prescription or doctor's details, so I had to call customer service. Thankfully, Bibi finally sorted it out, but only because I took the first step due to their glitchy automated system. It's really annoying to deal with these avoidable delays.

    Glasses order status inquiry

    I recently talked to the customer service rep Nyah Roberts at LensDirect about my glasses order. Nyah gave me the info I needed, but I wasn't happy to hear it’ll take 14 days to process before shipping. LensDirect should make this processing time more obvious on their site when you order, as I didn’t realize it right away. Because of this, I had to pay an extra $10 to get my glasses sent back faster, but it still won't get to me in time.
