    Unauthorized recurring charges

    I was a member back in 2020, but I haven't been subscribed for a while. However, I recently noticed that Lip Monthly has been taking $24.95 from my bank account in January, February, and March this year without my permission. It's not cool and I'm not happy about it.

    Unauthorized re-activation and multiple charges

    I used to have a Lip Monthly account over a year ago and I just realized there were some weird charges on my card for stuff being sent to my old and current addresses. I didn't restart my old account or make a new one, but somehow I'm getting billed for stuff I never got. It's not cool that they did this without talking to me first and re-activated my account without my permission.

    I totally know what you mean. I signed up for this monthly subscription thing and they kept charging my card but not sending me what I was supposed to get. I tried getting in touch with their customer service about the missing items, but it took them forever to get back to me. And when they finally did, the stuff they sent was cheap and not even worth what I paid. I've been trying to sort this out since September, and they still owe me for two months of stuff. I am so fed up with how they don't communicate or act professionally. I definitely wouldn't suggest buying anything from them.

    Lip care subscription

    I ordered a lip care subscription from Lip Monthly in November 2021 during their Black Friday sale. It's been a full month now, and I still haven't gotten my hands on any products. I contacted customer service to see what's up, and they told me COVID-19 was causing delays with shipping. I was patient and waited, but by January 2022, I decided to cancel my subscription because both of my boxes were still stuck in the processing phase. Even though customer service promised my boxes would be on their way soon, it's now November 2022, and I'm still empty-handed. I tried reaching out via their automated chat for help, but I haven't heard anything back. It's really disappointing to be out of both my money and the products I was looking forward to getting.

    As a customer of Lip Monthly, I just gotta say I am so disappointed and frustrated with them. I signed up for the subscription service thinking it was gonna be cheap, but boy was I wrong. I knew there would be monthly charges after the first payment, but I didn't expect Lip Monthly to keep taking my money without giving me any products. And to make matters worse, it was impossible to get in touch with them since they didn't have any contact info. I tried reaching out through their website's message box, but got no response. So, I had to get my bank involved to dispute the charges. It's really shady and dishonest for Lip Monthly to ignore customers and keep charging them without holding up their end of the deal. They're definitely running a scam, in my opinion.

    I used to be a big fan of Lip Monthly. But ever since October 2021, it's been a nightmare dealing with them. I've been trying to cancel my subscription, but it's impossible. Plus, I haven't gotten anything in return for my payments. I've tried reaching out through their website, but no one ever responds. It feels like I'm wasting my money every month for nothing. And to top it off, they raised the subscription price by $10 with no explanation. This is not okay and needs to be fixed right away.

    $5 Starter Kit

    I ordered this $5 starter kit from them, you know? And now they keep charging my card every month, but I still haven't gotten anything! I never even signed up for a subscription, just wanted to give the kit a try. And get this, there's no phone number to call and speak with them! It's a total scam, they're basically like thieves. I suggest staying far away from them, for real!

    Subscription box disappointment

    I signed up for this beauty box from a certain company not too long ago and let me tell you, it was a total bust. They totally messed up my payments, charging me multiple times for the same subscription. I tried reaching out to customer service and they were no help at all. They kept saying they would send me emails but I never heard back. It was so annoying and really let me down to see them handle things so poorly.
