Subscription box delays
I'm really into subscription boxes, but lately I've been let down by this one company. They keep delaying my orders and not giving me any updates about what's going on. I get that things might be crazy right now, but it's still frustrating to wait so long for something that's supposed to come regularly. And when I reached out to customer service, they didn't really help much. No solutions, no compensation - just more disappointment. I value a company that's on top of things and keeps me in the loop, so I can't really endorse this one to others looking for a reliable subscription box service.
Fallout 6-crate plan purchase
I bought the Fallout 6-crate plan recently, and I'm pretty disappointed with how things have been going with the delivery and customer service. I was really pumped to get my crates, but so far, I've only gotten 4 out of the 6 I was supposed to get. The last two have been super delayed. I've tried contacting customer support several times, but I haven't gotten any tracking info or updates on where my missing crates are. All they keep telling me is that my crate is getting ready to ship, even though it's been months. It's been really frustrating and disappointing not knowing what's going on.
Fallout Crate Purchase
I was really looking forward to getting my Fallout Crate as a fan from the UK. I have a big collection, so I was excited to add some new and unique items to it. But when it finally arrived after months of waiting, I was really disappointed. There were only four items inside, and they weren't anything special. It definitely wasn't worth the price I paid. I was hoping for some cool and exclusive stuff from the franchise, but sadly that wasn't the case.
Failed subscription delivery
I had a really frustrating experience with my subscription order from this company. I ordered two crates with a popular theme in August and December of 2021, but to my surprise, neither crate showed up by June 2022. They ended up canceling my order without even telling me! I reached out multiple times for help, but haven't heard anything back or received my promised $80 refund. I'm feeling really disappointed and irritated by the whole situation - this company has definitely let me down with their lack of organization and reliability.
Super cool Crate
This box is really awesome! I placed my order months ago and was so excited for it to show up. But man, it felt like it took forever to actually arrive. The shipping updates kept changing the delivery date and I never got any emails keeping me in the loop. When I finally contacted customer service, they didn't even give me a good explanation for the delay. It was super frustrating! But hey, at least I finally got it in the end.
Subscription box delivery
I was pretty excited when I signed up for that subscription box service, but man, did it disappoint. My box ended up showing up three months late, and when it finally got here, it was all soggy from being left out in the rain. I tried contacting customer service a bunch of times through email, but never heard back. I think it's safe to say I won't be buying from them again.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE A FRAUD. STOLE MONEY FROM ME ALMOST A YEAR AGO AND NEVER RECEIVED MY ITEMS. NOW THEY WONT RETURN MY EMAILS. SUCH A SCAM! BEWARE!
Pastbook
It came and was beautiful- until I opened it.
1/2 were my FB pics. The second half of the book were photos of a family unknown to me!
I didn’t pay to get half a book of photos of people I didn’t know. Want to return it for a refund. Bad job FB. I can’t believe that something do simple could be do horribly wrong. I wonder about the poor family who didn’t get their photos.
Are my pictures on the back half of this poor families PastBook???
Please refund my money unless you can repair this disaster.
