Great purchase
Well know and a familiar store.I always careful when visit this site.Be focused what to buy ..Go select and booked and come out.I have already very bitter experience when I was looking for one product and booked more then seven.
But this time I was careful.Just booked one item Buckle Walker coat ,light pink ,just fantastic ,mind blowing coat best for season . Main material wool and polyester,three button in front ,long sleeve ,rightly placed pockets at both front down side.
It's imported ,not mention from where.Also this item was in offer ,almost half cost of total.
I would like to share this is really a great coat and price is absolutely best in market.Wardrobe update
I just decided to spruce up my wardrobe and I lucked out finding some awesome deals at this store. I was really happy about the low prices and the trendy styles they have. I didn't even know they had made some changes recently, but it didn't make a difference for me. Shopping online was a breeze and I loved that they had some coupons available. I missed out on a few because I didn't check my messages, but I still snagged some great deals on the site. All in all, I'm pleased with my shopping experience at this store.
Dress purchase
I just bought a dress from this store and I gotta say, it was a pretty good experience. The website was easy to use and I found the exact dress I was looking for without any trouble. They had so many different dresses to choose from, I was impressed. It was fun browsing through all the different styles and colors until I found the perfect one. The dress came in good shape and didn't take too long to get to me. But man, I do kinda miss being able to go into the store and try on the dresses in person.
Birkenstock sandals sale
I just bought a pair of Birkenstock sandals on sale, and even though they weren't the color I really wanted, I was surprised by how fast they showed up. The sale price was awesome, but I was kind of bummed about the shipping cost. To top it off, I got an email right after I bought them saying the color I wanted was on sale. I ended up keeping the sandals I got because the return shipping was too expensive, and I couldn't bring myself to buy another pair of Birkenstocks.
King duvet cover purchase
I bought this King duvet cover from the store's website last week. But I waited for 6 days only to find out that they canceled my order without even telling me first. And on top of that, the specific duvet cover I wanted was out of stock on the website. I was bummed to see that there weren't any other colors available like there were when I first ordered it. It was pretty annoying not getting an email letting me know the item was no longer in stock.
Towel order mix-up
I ordered some towels from this store online, but when I got them, they were totally the wrong sizes! I tried reaching out to them about it, but they never got back to me. On top of that, they canceled one of my orders and I still haven't gotten the other one. It's just so frustrating!
Online shopping experience
I love shopping online because there's no department store nearby. I've tried a bunch of online stores, but this one really stands out for their awesome customer service. They handle lost shipments and returns like pros, which gives me peace of mind. And the products they offer are amazing - I've found some great stuff on their site that I'm totally obsessed with.
Failed order, cancellation, no refund
I'm really bummed about my experience with this company. I ordered something, but it never got sent out. I was totally surprised to learn that my order was cancelled without them even telling me. And on top of that, I never got my shipping charges refunded.
Shoes return
I just gave back a pair of shoes to this store, and man, I gotta say, I'm super bummed out about how they handled it. I sent a bunch of emails asking what was up with my return, but never got a response. It's even worse that their "live chat" thing doesn't even work, and there's no phone number to call for help. Like, come on, I just wanted some basic communication, and they couldn't even do that right. This whole thing has really turned me off, and I won't be coming back to shop here.
Online order
I just gotta vent about this online company I bought something from recently - it was a total disaster. I was so excited to get my order, but it never showed up. They took my money and left me high and dry with nothing to show for it. And on top of that, their customer service was a joke. I tried hitting them up on chat, sent emails, even tried texting - nada. And when I called, I got a freaking adult party line instead. It was so unprofessional and shady, I'm not even sure how they're still in business. Just a total fail.
Wasted Money on Out-of-Stock Items
Even though I read some bad reviews, I still went for it and made a purchase. But just like a bunch of other people, I was left feeling regretful in the end. I waited a whole month for my order, only to find out that the stuff I wanted was no longer available. It was a real bummer, especially after all the time and energy I put into waiting for that package.
Dress
This store is a total joke. I ordered a dress and was so excited to get it, but then I found out three days later that they were actually sold out. How clueless can you be? Seriously, it shouldn't take three whole days to realize something is out of stock. I was so let down and there's no way I'm ever shopping here again.
Shoes purchased on February 14th
I had a really bad experience with this company. I bought a pair of shoes on February 14th, but they didn't arrive when they were supposed to. I contacted customer service three times, but all I got back was a generic email that didn't tell me where my order was. Then, to make things worse, the shoes got taken off their website without any reason given. I tried to get a refund, but they wouldn't respond. I had to get my credit card company involved to try to fix the problem.
My order still pending
I ordered something a while back and it still hasn't arrived. I've been trying to reach out to them through email, chat, and text, but I haven't had any luck. I typically enjoy shopping at this store, but this time I'm frustrated because I can't seem to get in touch with anyone about my order.
Dress purchase
I recently bought a dress from this store, but honestly, it didn't go too well. I paid for faster shipping and was told to download their app for tracking. But just a couple days later, I got a message through the app saying I was getting a partial refund, which wasn't true. When I tried to contact customer service, it was tough - there was no phone number and the live chat wasn't working. The responses I got seemed automated and not helpful, making me think I was talking to a robot. After a bunch of emails and a day later, I found out the dress I ordered was out of stock and I was getting a full refund. But I haven't gotten that refund yet, and the dress is still on their website in the size and color I wanted. When I asked about the dress through chat, they said it was still for sale, making me wonder if they're running a scam by advertising stuff they don't have. Overall, this whole thing was a letdown and made me question if this store is legit.

I bought this really cute dress like a week ago and I still haven't gotten any updates on when it's gonna get shipped to me. I've sent a bunch of emails to customer service and no one has gotten back to me yet. It's super annoying not knowing what's going on and it's making me think twice about ordering from them again.
