    Faulty item and return

    Dealing with this brand has been super frustrating. I dropped a lot of cash on something that turned out to be a dud, and I've been trying to get a response for over 10 days now. I've sent follow-up emails but haven't heard a peep back. It's really disappointing to see this lack of communication and customer service, especially from a brand that's supposed to be top-notch.

    My recent experience with the customer service at this store has been so frustrating. I've tried reaching out multiple times in the last 10 days and only got one response from a lady named Ester. But when I replied to her, I never heard anything back. I even tried reaching out to the customer service team again, but it's been a whole week and still no feedback.

    Oversized coat purchase

    This brand pretends to offer luxury, but let me tell you, it's all just a bunch of lies. I decided to treat myself to a fancy oversized coat that cost me an arm and a leg because I thought it would be top-notch quality. Boy, was I wrong! After wearing it just a few times, the seams literally fell apart. When I reached out to customer service about this mess, they had the nerve to say that their warranty doesn't cover regular wear and tear, only defects in manufacturing, and only for a year. Can you believe that? The poor quality of their products, along with their crazy high prices and terrible customer service, is a major letdown. Don't be fooled by their sneaky ads, guys.

    Online purchase, insurance option selected

    I recently bought something online and decided to get insurance just in case. I had it sent to a parcel locker, but sadly, the bag never made it to me. When I reached out to customer service, I was told that Mansur Gavriel told UPS I moved (which isn't true), so the bag got sent back to them. Even though I wanted to keep waiting to see if I could still get the bag, Mansur Gavriel went ahead and started an insurance claim for me. Today, the bag got sent back to them, and they kept the money from my purchase without asking me first. This whole thing has been really frustrating and disappointing.

    I recently bought a handbag from this brand and I gotta say, I really like the quality and design. But man, I had a rough time with their customer service. I shot them an email on July 12 about an order question, and it's been 9 days with no response. As a customer, it feels pretty bad to be left hanging, especially when you just want some help with a purchase. Companies really need to make sure they communicate well with their customers to keep them happy and coming back. Hopefully, they step up their game in the future for a smoother shopping experience.

    Bag purchase with size exchange request

    I recently bought this bag from the store cause they had a sweet sale going on. But when it showed up, turns out it was way too big for my taste. So, I shot an email off to customer service to see if I could swap it for a smaller one. At first, they said they'd give it a shot, but then later they hit me back saying it might not be doable. They also told me I could return it through their online portal. But when I went to do that, I was bummed to find out since I got it on a super good deal sale, it was final sale and there was no way I could even switch it for a different size. That seemed kinda unfair when other places online let you do returns or swaps even with deals and promos going on. Plus, it was tough getting answers through email to fix this up, and it would've been nice to have an international number to call for quick help. After this whole thing, I'm not too jazzed about this store and don't plan on buying from them again.

    Bag looks nothing like the pictures

    I am really bummed about this bag I ordered. It totally looks like a project a kid made in art class. I've been trying to get a refund for days now and still haven't heard anything back. It's really disappointing. I definitely wouldn't recommend buying from this place!

    Marimekko pouch, wallet on sale with 20% discount

    I gotta say, if you're not in the USA, don't even bother trying to buy from this company. I went through a real ordeal trying to get a Marimekko pouch and wallet on sale with a 20% discount. It was a total nightmare. My Marimekko pouch got held up in customs, so I had to reroute it to my in-laws in the USA. The whole process was a huge pain. And then, when I finally got the wallet on sale, it got stuck in customs again and I had to pay a fine because of their mistakes. Their lack of communication and accountability was not okay. They did refund me the customs fee, but that doesn't make up for all the time, money, and stress I had to deal with. Plus, they don't even have a phone number for urgent issues, which is not just frustrating, it's also illegal where I live. Bottom line, their products might be nice, but there are plenty of other brands out there that offer similar stuff without all the headaches. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else.

    Luxury bag

    I bought this fancy bag from their website and man, was I let down. It was nothing like what I saw in the pictures - looked cheap and not at all what I was expecting. When I tried to send it back, they only gave me back the cost of the bag, not the taxes. Nowhere did it say that in the check out process. That lack of clarity on the refund policy really soured me on the whole experience. Bottom line, the bag sucked and so did their customer service.
