Blazers purchase
I bought a blazer from this store recently and I was really disappointed with their return policy. When I ordered it online, the terms for returns said one thing, but when I got the confirmation email, it said something different. This mix-up really confused and frustrated me as a customer. The website needs to make sure the info they give is the same all the way through the buying process. The return policy should be clear and easy to understand, especially for online shopping where you can't try things on beforehand. I had to deal with my credit card company to sort out the issue, which was a headache I didn't expect from a simple purchase.
Custom suit with special sizing needs
Men's USA really came through for me when I needed a custom suit with special sizing needs. Thanks to Phillip, it felt like I had my own personal tailor working on my suit. The quality of the Italian suit I picked was top-notch, reminding me of the days when I would go to a fancy store in Geneva, Switzerland. Cheers to Phillip and Men's USA for making my experience smooth and for providing great customer service. I am definitely excited to buy more suits, clothes, and accessories from them in the future. Suit purchase
I recently purchased a suit from this place and it was awesome! It fit me like a glove and I felt like a million bucks in it. The staff there are really friendly and assisted me in finding the perfect suit. They even shared some great advice on how to up my style game. I'm super excited to rock it at my cousin's wedding!
awesome suit
Oh my god, do not buy from here, they totally sent me the wrong stuff! The suit was fine I guess, but seriously, it's totally not what I wanted. I'm so angry, and like, I'm never shopping here again or recommending it to my friends. I'd rather just spend more money at a nicer store where I can actually get what I ordered.
Misleading products, poor quality
Don't bother buying anything here, trust me. The stuff they sent me was all wrong and really cheaply made. And when I tried to get my money back, the customer service was so nasty. They not only hung up on me, but also ignored my emails about returning the items. Luckily, I was able to dispute the charges, but it was a real hassle dealing with them. Just avoid this company and save yourself the trouble!

I made the mistake of buying a suit from this place and it turned out to be a total disaster! The customer service is terrible, they never pick up the phone, and the website reviews are completely fake. The suit I got looks nothing like the picture and I can't even return it or get a refund. It's a total scam!

I purchased a suit from that store, but later found out they won't allow returns unless it's their mistake. Isn't that frustrating? And the way they communicate in English is not the best. I had to make two calls just to cancel my order, and they ignored me the first time. Pretty disappointing, right? It seems a bit sketchy to me!
Two suits ordered, one suit received
I bought two men's suits from this place recently. But when my order came, there was only one suit. I tried contacting their customer service, but got no response. Finally, they told me the material for the second suit was bad and they couldn't send it. They said I could pick something else, but then they never got back to me. It feels like they're just leading customers on until they can't complain anymore. It's completely unacceptable!
Suit for a wedding
I got a suit for my cousin's wedding and man, it was a total disaster! Their customer service was terrible, had to talk to someone just to get some help. And you know what? I never even got my suit! They claimed they sent me an email, but I never received it. On top of that, they gave me the wrong tracking number. Definitely recommend shopping somewhere else, for real.
Sports Coat
I bought a sports coat from this company recently and it was a total disaster. I paid extra for 2-day shipping but they sent it via ground shipping which made it late. When it finally arrived, it was three sizes too big. I've tried reaching out to customer service multiple times for a return or exchange but haven't heard back. Their lack of communication and customer service is awful. I'm really upset about my experience and would suggest people stay away from buying anything from here.

I just bought a suit from this company and let me tell you, it was a complete disaster. Their website had so much conflicting info that it was a pain to even place my order. And then, to make matters worse, my suit didn't even ship out until several days after it was supposed to arrive. Just a total mess.
Incorrect jacket sent twice
I ordered a jacket online recently, and let me tell you - they messed up...twice! I tried reaching out to customer service for some help, but all I got was a bunch of unhelpful and unapologetic responses. And get this - they wouldn't even cover the cost of returning the wrong items so I could get a refund. Talk about disappointing! Needless to say, I won't be buying anything else from that company.
Overpriced return policy
Man, this store is the worst when it comes to customer service. They take forever to get back to you and charge crazy restocking fees for returns or exchanges. If you like feeling ignored and irritated, then this is the perfect store for you.
Suit trousers, refund, poor customer service
I had a really bad experience with this company recently. I ordered a suit and the trousers that came with it didn't match. When I reached out to customer service, they told me to pick out a different item, but I just wanted a refund. I've been waiting for it and the customer service reps haven't been much help, just saying they'll get back to me. The accounting department blamed the pandemic for their mistakes, which I don't think is a good excuse. I definitely recommend staying away from this company.
