    Recent clothing purchase

    I bought some clothes from this company not too long ago, but man, their customer service is seriously lacking. I've tried hitting them up multiple times about a return, but they're ghosting me - no email responses, no phone calls, and no help on online chat. It's super annoying to feel like I'm being ignored and not getting any answers for my problem. I really hope they step up their game and show some good customer service by actually responding to people's questions quickly.

    I'm really upset about how much they charge for shipping at this store. It used to be way more affordable before the ownership changed. But ever since they got bought out and then bought back, the shipping fees have gotten out of control.

    Delayed order from January

    I'm really upset with how things have gone with this company. I ordered something on January 6th and still haven't gotten it. I've sent several emails but have gotten no reply at all. It's frustrating to feel like they're ignoring my concerns. I'm starting to think they might be having money issues and can't fulfill orders. Now I'm worried I won't even get my money back.

    Their shipping policy is so tricky, it feels like they're pulling a fast one. I mean, who's really going to drop $125 just to dodge shipping fees? And let's not even go there with their supposed discounts for students, nurses, doctors, and military. It's laughable. Dealing with customer service was a total disaster, I might as well have been chatting with a robot.

    Dress for special occasion

    I ordered this dress for a special event and let me tell you, it was a total nightmare dealing with this company. I placed my order back in early January, thinking I'd have plenty of time for it to arrive. But nope, no updates, no notifications, nothing. When I finally reached out for some info, they told me they'd been sending updates all along, which I never got. They kept changing their story and making me feel like I was getting the run-around. It's just not right, you know? Just tell me what's up, it's not that hard.

    I just bought a summer dress from this store and man, let me tell you, it was a total letdown. The dress showed up reeking, all beat up, and packed in some cheap plastic - definitely not what I'm used to from this store. And get this - it looked like it came from the returns pile, like someone already rocked it. Talk about deceiving and not cool.

    Dresses for a wedding

    I ordered two dresses for my aunt's wedding from this store and I was so excited! But, man, that shipping status was terrible. It took so long for them to ship my order. I thought I had enough time, but nope. The customer service folks said they were relocating or something, but why didn't they let me know about the delay sooner? I had to practically beg for expedited shipping, but they couldn't do it. So, I just asked for a refund. I might try shopping somewhere else next time!
