I just bought a ring from Objekts but it was too small because I didn't measure right. I contacted customer service for a refund, and they were super quick and helpful. They let me reorder the right size without any problems.

Undelivered order, customs issue
I recently ordered some stuff from Objekts and it's been a total disaster. The things I bought are stuck in customs because the company didn't give the right value. Now I have to pay a big fine to get my stuff, which is ridiculous. I've tried contacting customer service so many times for help, but no one has gotten back to me. I'm so upset about this whole mess and I want a refund for the stuff I haven't even gotten yet.
Jewelry purchase
OMG, I got these super cute jewelry pieces from here and I'm totally obsessed with them! They are so pretty and didn't cost me an arm and a leg. The quality is top-notch and the customer service was amazing. I've already made two orders and will for sure be buying more. I think I found my new go-to jewelry store!
Received the wrong item
I ordered something, but got a different, cheaper item. Customer service said it might be damaged during shipping, but that wasn't true because the items were totally different. I tried to reach out multiple times, even through their PR email, but got no response. It's annoying that they ignore me but send me tons of promo emails. Now, I'm trying to get my money back through my credit card company because they won't talk to me or fix the problem.
Gold plated rings and necklaces
I picked up these rings and necklaces from this place and let me tell you, they are super shiny and pretty! I wear them all the time, even in the water, and they still look like I just bought them. The only downside is that they don't have my size, which is a total bummer.
Overpriced lampshade
I bought a lampshade from this store, and let me tell you, it was a complete rip-off. The price was way too high, the quality was terrible, and it took forever to get here. Don't even get me started on the customer service - there basically isn't any. They don't even bother to answer questions or deal with complaints. It's like throwing your money away for nothing.

Wow, I'm totally in love with the dainty jewelry I got from this shop. I got 3 rings and a tennis bracelet this time, and I can't get over how amazing they are! The detailed design and gorgeous clasp on the bracelet are just beautiful. Each piece is so delicate and classy, making them the perfect addition to my holiday collection. These rings are just so beautiful, I wear them all the time instead of my wedding bands. But then, one of the rings started losing stones. Lucky for me, their customer service was amazing. They were super quick to respond and really helped me out. I decided to get a "repair" for the ring instead of buying a whole new one, and it was way cheaper. All in all, my customer service experience was fantastic.
