Two items from the website
I recently bought two things from the website, but it was a pretty bad experience. I was supposed to get them by a certain date, but that came and went with no sign of my stuff being sent out. When I asked customer service about it, they gave me different answers about when I could talk to them. Eventually, they said I had to wait 5 business days after the original delivery date before they could possibly cancel my order. I asked for the cancellation, but never got an email confirming it. Then, magically, my items were shipped a few days later. The tracking info didn't show any progress for a whole week, and it wasn't until I called customer service again that they offered me a refund. It took about two weeks to finally get this all sorted out, and it was super frustrating.
Recent online order
So, I bought some stuff online recently and it turned into a mess. I ordered a bunch of things, but they split up my order into two shipments. One package had 14 items in it, and the other was just a shirt. They used LASERSHIP for shipping. Right after they sent it out, the tracking status for the package with 14 items said it was 'DAMAGED and UNDELIVERABLE, contact the shipper'. I tried calling LASERSHIP a bunch of times, but I couldn't get through to a real person. All I got were those automated messages, and they never actually dealt with the problem. The retailer's customer service wouldn't give me a refund or send me a replacement until the delivery date passed. They didn't explain what happened to my package either, so I had no idea what was going on. Most delivery services usually still drop off packages even if they're damaged, so I was confused about why mine wasn't delivered. The lack of communication and solution left me pretty disappointed with the whole situation.
jeans and t-shirts
So, I got these totally awesome jeans and t-shirts online, right? But when my package showed up, it was totally not what I ordered! It was like, a bunch of random stuff that is so not my style. I called customer service, and you know what? They said they wouldn't send me the right stuff until I sent back the wrong stuff. And get this, they actually expected me to pay for the return shipping! Can you believe that? Like, it's not my fault they messed up, so why should I have to foot the bill for their mistake? Super frustrating, ugh.
