During 2020 and 2021
I found One Bone via a facebook ad since I was searching for big and tall sized t-shirts. I like the scoop hem the best for myself, but I do have a hi-low hem shirt as well and so wear it often. The feel of these shirts is amazing, and they are truly 95% cotton and 5% spandex, and they launder really well and the hems don't curl like some others. They are thick enough to wear in the winter and you won't be cold, and breathable enough to wear in the summer. I have even bought a couple for my boyfriend who like me is a big guy and he loves his as much as I love mine. The fact the company is Canadian is a plus, so shipping is not expensive and you get your orders rather quickly. My most recent order was placed Friday Morning before 10am and I received it Monday by Noontime. Granted I am in Ontario and they are in Quebec. I like the personal touches, every order has come with a message to me, and I have never have any complaints about the product, customer service nor delivery. I hope they will be in business for many many years and I look forward to them expanding their line with new styles, new colours etc.
scoop and waffle weave shirts for big guys
I've been on the hunt for shirts that actually fit my bigger size forever. Most companies think they can just make a regular shirt bigger and be done with it, but that ends up with clothes that don't fit well and are just plain uncomfortable. One Bone really comes through with shirts designed specifically for bigger folks. The scoop and waffle weave shirts I got fit perfectly, no giant neck holes or super wide sleeves. The fabric and craftsmanship are really top-notch, and the price is fair for the quality you get. I'm definitely gonna grab more for the summer, and I love that they're made in Canada.
Awesome Clothes
Oh my gosh, I gotta tell you, these clothes are amazing! I snagged a shirt and some pants and let me tell you, they are super comfy and cool. I wear them all the time, even to school, and my friends are always asking where I got them. The clothes are seriously great quality and feel so nice on my skin. Plus, they look super stylish and I always get compliments when I rock them. The best part is, they actually get even better after I give them a wash, just like that other person mentioned in their review. And if I ever run into any issues, I just shoot them a message on Instagram and it's like they fix it by magic!
Men's bomber jacket
I just bought this bomber jacket from this store and I was really impressed with how well it fit and the quality of the jacket. But man, my whole experience got messed up because of the terrible customer service I got when I noticed a problem with the jacket. Even though my husband loved how the jacket fit and looked, we could see those little fabric balls starting to form on the upper sleeve. When I reached out to customer service about it, they were trying to blame me and weren't trying to help. It took some convincing, but eventually they agreed to exchange it.
Clothing and Stolen Credit Card
This company straight up took my credit card info after I bought something on their site. Every single shady charge led right back to their spot in Quebec. I hit them up with proof, but they just shrugged it off and didn't care. I ain't ever buying from them again and I'm warning everyone else to steer clear.
Purchased premium t-shirt
I got pretty frustrated with my order and shipping situation in the beginning. I shelled out extra for express shipping, but it didn't come when it was supposed to, causing me to get my order a week later than I needed it. However, when I reached out to customer support, they were super helpful and quickly gave me a refund for the shipping. While the follow-up was a bit slow, I'm happy with how it all turned out.
Now, about the product itself - I gotta say, all the hype is totally true. Even though the price is a little steep, I'm willing to keep buying from this company. I'm planning on checking out more of their stuff and slowly adding their items to my wardrobe. For anyone wondering if they should give them a shot, I can confidently say that OneBone is definitely worth it!Polo Shirts purchase
I gotta say, those polo shirts I bought were pretty nice - great quality and they fit just right. But man, they were way too expensive. And don't even get me started on the customer service and shipping, it was a total nightmare. I made two orders and both times they screwed up big time. First order, had to go through the whole process of sending stuff back. Second time, they straight up ignored my emails and chat messages. At this point, I'm thinking of going to my credit card company to dispute the charges and get my money back. Total mess, I tell ya.
Hyped product letdown
I was so looking forward to getting my order from this company, but when it finally arrived, I was super let down. The product quality was seriously lacking, and I knew after wearing it once that it wasn't going to work for me. I reached out to customer service about it, and all they offered was a weak $5 discount code, which felt like a slap in the face. It's really disappointing when a company can't own up to their mistakes and treats their customers so poorly. The whole thing just left a bad taste in my mouth, and I definitely won't be shopping there again.
