    Control top pantyhose

    The control top pantyhose from this store are awesome for curvier women like me. They fit perfectly and I buy them all the time for work. But, I recently had an issue with their customer service and return policy that really let me down. When I got my order, the "Taupe" color stockings looked just like the color "Brown", which I can't wear to my professional office job. I called customer service to explain the mix-up, but they said I had to pay for return shipping if I wanted to send it back. I felt like since their website had the wrong picture, the company should've owned up to it. The customer service rep was rude and made me feel dumb, which wasn't cool. I even wrote a letter with the return, but got no response. So, I decided to take my business somewhere else that values good customer service.

    Bali Bras, Basic Sexy Underwear

    I am so excited about finding my Bali Satin Tracings Minimizer Bras. I have been wearing these bras for over18 years. They are so comfortable and uplifting that I sleep in them. I was sad when I could not find them. I ordered 5 new ones, so that I will have some for a long while. I am a 44G and the fit is great and the price AMAZING. The only down side is when underwire goes so does the comfort, but with careful preservation, only air drying the life of the bra is long lasting. Thank you for your service.

    I ordered from this company on Jan. 31. Still have not gotten my order. I tried calling the toll free number, however, it is apparently not in service. I am calling my credit card company and refusing this charge. Will not order from this company again!

    Cheap prices, fast delivery

    I stumbled upon this awesome website with crazy cheap prices, and when I placed my order it arrived right on schedule. But then when I tried to find something else, the search button was acting up and wouldn't show me what I wanted. It kept giving me stuff that wasn't available in my size. If they can get that fixed, I'd definitely shop there again because I don't have time to sift through everything myself. Ain't nobody got time for that, especially not me.

    I was really bummed out about how this company handled my order. They never gave me any updates on when it was gonna ship, just a confirmation email after I placed the order. And when I wanted to cancel it, they said it was too late because it was already in the works. They even told me they had a whole week to ship it, not counting holidays. This whole situation just didn't sit right with me. I won't be buying from them again, that's for sure.

    I'm so frustrated with this website! I've been trying to order two sweatshirts, but it's been such a hassle. It's been a whole week of trying to checkout, only to find out the items are out of stock. Every time I enter my mailing info, I can't move forward. I even tried using my registered email and as a guest, but no luck. It's like they don't even want my business! Can you believe it?

    Incorrect sizing on bra

    I recently bought a 38DDD bra to replace my 36DD one from this store. But man, was I let down! The new bra turned out to be way smaller than I thought. The band only measured 30" instead of 38" like it was supposed to, and the straps were too short to even fit properly. I was so bummed out about the sizing and the overall quality of the bra.

    Ivory bras purchase

    I bought two ivory bras from this store but got cream ones by mistake. My order clearly said ivory, but the packing slip said cream. I'm bummed that I have to pay for postage and go to the post office to exchange them. I think the store should own up to their mistake and give me a prepaid Fedex label so I can just leave the package outside for pick-up.

    I personally didn't have any issues with the customer service, but I was really disappointed with the product itself. I purchased some bras from this store and I have to say, they were nothing like what I was expecting at all. Compared to an older bra I had from a different store, the new ones were noticeably smaller, like at least an inch shorter. I was pretty surprised by that. And not only that, the quality was really poor compared to what I was used to. I tried on the largest size of the new bras I bought, and it was so tight on me that I definitely need to order a bigger size. It was just not a good experience at all.

    I was pretty bummed about my last trip to that store. I got in on a sale and put in two orders, but ended up with both of them getting canceled because they were out of stock. Even though I was one of the first ones to put my order in, I ended up with nothing. It was annoying to think I was getting a deal, only to find out they didn't even have the stuff in stock.

    My experience with One Hanes Place was really disappointing. I had to return something and I was surprised to find out it takes 2 to 4 weeks to get my money back. I think that's way too long, especially when most stores give refunds much faster. If I had known this earlier, I would have gone somewhere else to shop. Their return process needs to be more clear and faster, especially for customers who want their money back quickly like me. I'll definitely be shopping somewhere else from now on.

    I just bought a bra from this company, but it didn't fit right. I sent it back right away, but I was bummed to hear it would take 4 to 8 weeks to get my money back. I get that things take time, but waiting up to 2 months for a refund seems like a lot, especially since they took my money off my account so quickly. Customer service couldn't help speed things up, which was annoying. Overall, I was unhappy with the whole situation and won't be shopping there again.
