Quality Products and Seamless Online Shopping
I recently purchased a few items from Outdoor Voices and overall, I had a really positive experience. The website was easy to navigate and it was simple to find the products I was looking for. I also appreciated the detailed product descriptions and photos.
The checkout process was seamless and my order arrived within the estimated delivery time. The packaging was also nicely done.
I was especially impressed with the quality of the products I received. The fabric of the clothing items is soft and comfortable, and they have held up well after multiple wears and washes. I recently bought a cute outfit with a matching top and pants from this clothing brand. I really liked the idea of the FrostKnit fabric being super warm, but I was let down when it didn't actually live up to its claim. Not only did the fabric not keep me warm, but it also gave off a weird smell for hours after I opened the package. I have a bad nose, so it must have been really strong for other people. It's worrying that the company would use fabrics that are so toxic they let off fumes, putting customers at risk.
New activewear set
I just got this awesome activewear set from this brand and I gotta say, I'm really loving it! The quality is top-notch and it's so comfy. The fabric is breathable and sturdy, making it perfect for working out or just chilling. It fits perfectly and the design is stylish and practical. Oh, and the customer service was great too when I had a question about sizing. They were super helpful and really knew their stuff.
Quick Dry Shorts
The Quick Dry Shorts I got from this store were amazing. They were top-notch quality and super comfy to wear, whether I was working out or just chilling. The fabric was breathable and lightweight, keeping me cool on those hot summer days. I was really impressed by how well they held up after lots of washes, still looking brand new. I'm super happy with my purchase and definitely plan on getting more in the future.
Misleading product description
The clothes I got in the mail were not at all like what I saw on the website. The colors were all wrong, the fabric felt super cheap, and the quality was just a letdown. And to make matters worse, trying to return them was a total nightmare. I had to shell out $25 for shipping, another $25 for the return, and even then, I only got back half of what I originally spent. Can you believe they actually make you go to a UPS spot with your package unsealed so they can check it out? Such a hassle in this day and age. After this mess, I'm definitely not shopping there again and would caution any Canadians against it too. Word of mouth, Outdoor Voices. Bye for good.
Athletic clothing purchase
I bought some workout gear from this company not too long ago and man, did I have a bad time with their customer service. I tried to talk to them about an issue, but they took forever to get back to me, and when they finally did, they didn't even fix the problem. I shot them another email telling them how disappointed I was, but it's been weeks and I still haven't heard back. It's a bummer because I really liked their clothes, but their lousy customer service is a major turn-off. Don't say I didn't warn you!
RekTrek shorts
These shorts are seriously the best thing I've bought in forever. I wear them all the time because they're just so comfy and tough. The fabric is top-notch and feels great on my skin. I've really tested these shorts out and they still look like I just bought 'em. And to top it off, they look adorable on me, which is always a bonus.

I just bought some matching sets and outdoor gear like shorts and pants from this brand. The quality of everything was even better than I expected, especially the shorts and pants. They're ideal for hiking and outdoor fun. I'm really happy with the design and how well they work for me.
Activewear items
I recently bought some activewear stuff from this brand, but had a bad time with their customer service. The sizes were all over the place, which was super annoying. I tried reaching out for help, but just got generic responses that didn't help at all. After trying to fix things a bunch of times, I ended up sending the stuff back, but then they said they lost it. I had to get my credit card company involved to sort it out, which was a hassle. It's really disappointing to see such a lack of quality and bad customer service from a brand that's supposed to be all about comfy clothes. I wouldn't recommend ordering from them online after this experience.
Expensive purchase, unsatisfactory fit
I recently bought a pair of pants from your store and I was pretty bummed out by the whole experience. I paid a lot for them and they didn't even fit right. When I tried to return them, I found out that I would only get back some of my money. This whole situation has left me feeling disappointed with my purchase and I probably won't be shopping with you guys in the future.
Sweater for husband
I just bought a sweater for my husband from this company. The sweater was alright, not amazing but not terrible either. But when we got it, we noticed it was way too big. So I sent it back on December 17, way before the holiday return craze, so I could get my refund without any trouble.
Tennis shoes purchase
OMG, me and my friend were so psyched to get these adorable tennis shoes we ordered. But when the package finally arrived, it was not even close to what we wanted - fake designer sunglasses! Can you believe it? I'm so peeved right now.
