Disappointing wait
I am so incredibly frustrated with my experience at this company. It's been a whopping two months and I still haven't received the product I ordered. I've tried reaching out three times to get an update on my order, but I haven't heard a peep back. This lack of communication and customer service is completely unacceptable and has left me feeling super dissatisfied overall.
3 patches for jerseys
I recently bought 3 patches from this company, hoping they'd get here in time for a big baseball game. Well, they didn't. The delivery date that was promised came and went without any patches to show for it. And now my patches are apparently going to show up after the game is over. Not cool. I've seen other people complain about the same thing with this company, so I definitely wouldn't recommend buying from them. Wish I had known that before I ordered. Should've gone with a more dependable seller.
Iron-on patch purchase
Let me just say, my experience with this company was a disaster. I ordered an iron-on patch, thinking it would be a patch you iron onto clothes. But nope, when it arrived, it was just a sticker. Customer service was no help, they were confused and not helpful at all. They claimed I got the right item and even said they removed the iron-on option because it was confusing. It's not my fault their website didn't make it clear what I was buying. Such a waste of time and money dealing with them. Don't bother, steer clear of this company.
Retail patches for sports teams
I bought some retail patches for my favorite sports team from this store not too long ago. But I was pretty bummed out when I realized that some of the patches I got seemed fake. The packaging looked like it had been messed with, the tags were gone, and the quality and size of the patches were off compared to the real ones I already had. It seemed like the store might be swapping out fake patches for the real deal when they're all out, and that's just not cool.
Patch not delivered
I bought a patch from this place, but it never showed up because of some stupid delivery problem. I contacted customer service, and they took forever to get back to me, only to say that they'd figure out shipping once they got the patch back. It's been a week, and I haven't heard squat from them, even after I sent a bunch of messages. It's like my $20 just vanished with these clueless people who obviously don't give a damn about their customers. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of buying anything from them.
