Iron-on patch purchase
Let me just say, my experience with this company was a disaster. I ordered an iron-on patch, thinking it would be a patch you iron onto clothes. But nope, when it arrived, it was just a sticker. Customer service was no help, they were confused and not helpful at all. They claimed I got the right item and even said they removed the iron-on option because it was confusing. It's not my fault their website didn't make it clear what I was buying. Such a waste of time and money dealing with them. Don't bother, steer clear of this company.

Three pairs of shorts
I bought three pairs of shorts from the store, but when the order arrived, only two pairs were in the package. The packing list said only two pairs were sent. I paid for all three before they were shipped. When I contacted customer service about the missing pair, they weren't helpful at all. Even though their records showed I was short one pair, they wanted me to send photos and said they had to check with the warehouse. Dealing with this hassle and not getting a clear solution really bummed me out about the whole shopping experience.

I just bought some pajamas from this place and honestly, I wasn't too thrilled. The fabric wasn't as soft as I thought it would be and the design was kinda boring. I was really hoping for more color options, but sadly, that wasn't the case. I don't think I'll be shopping here again.

The glasses I got are not just adorable, they fit my face perfectly. The color (Rose Gold) looks exactly like it did in the picture online, so I'm really happy about that.
