Tick treatment for active pooch
When I went back to my hometown, my dog was covered in ticks, it was terrible. But I found the perfect solution on this website! The customer service person gave me some great advice and helped me pick out the right product for my furry friend. The price was fair, and I got a really good deal on it. Thanks to that tick treatment, my dog is feeling so much better now. Thank goodness!
Seresto flea collar for small dogs
I got a flea collar for my little pup from that store and it ended up being a fake! The packaging seemed off and when I opened it up, there were no reflective pieces on the collar. Even though I still tried to put it on my dog, now my poor mini pinscher is scratching like crazy! Now I have to spend extra cash to fix this mess. Definitely not worth buying from there, it doesn't do the job!

I bought some pet supplies online and then found out there was some funky stuff happening on my credit card not long after. The website seemed all good at first, but when I saw that the call center was in the UK, it got me thinking. It was weird how they said they were a "Global store" when I'm here in the US. So, I dug a bit deeper and figured out they were probably pulling off a worldwide scam. Luckily, I caught those fishy charges and got them sorted out with my credit card company.
Seresto collar purchase
Hey everyone, I wanted to share my recent experience ordering a Seresto collar. I was pretty disappointed when I got the wrong one, but their customer service team totally saved the day. They quickly fixed the mistake and gave me a refund without any, well, hassle. Even though my order got mixed up, I have to say, their customer service was top-notch.

Flea treatment for my dog
I was freaking out when my dog had a bunch of fleas during the summer. I couldn't find my usual flea stuff, so I took a chance and ordered from this site. I was worried about how long it would take to get here, but when I told the customer service rep how urgent it was, they said they'd hurry it up. I was shocked when the flea treatment showed up in just a few days. I'm so thankful for the quick delivery and for helping my furry buddy feel better.
Seresto cat collar
Bought the Seresto cat collar for my outside cat, received it but the reflectors were missing. I contacted them and they told me that the reflectors didn't affect the purpose of the collar as far as protecting from fleas and ticks, which I already knew. I explained that I wanted the reflectors that were supposed to come with the collar for the reflective purposes since my cat was outside. They then proceeded to tell me that they didn't offer the reflectors, which was not stated on the website. If I had of known that, I wouldn't have ordered it. They couldn't even send me the reflectors because they didn't have them, just the collar, which has places on it that the reflectors go. They offered a discount on my next purchase, I told them that I would not be ordering from them again. Bad business.
