pool liner
Do not buy from this company. terrible service. I ordered a wrong pool liner. I should have read they're return policy. 30% restock charge and you have to pay shipping. I never opened the box as my installer told me it was the wrong liner. So I went to ups to ship back in the original box unopened. A week later I emailed to see Where my credit was and was told the box was opened and the liner was unsaleable and would not get a credit and I had to call ups. I requested them to send me photos of damaged box and liner and they would not. There is no one to talk to there as everything is through e mail.
Skimmer
I ordered a skimmer that was the wrong size. Since I opened the box, they will not accept the return. It's ridiculous! Don't buy from this company!
Aggravated
I purchased a liner from this company when I received my liner, and we were installing it we seen a hole in the liner. I have contacted Pool Splash they will NOT refund or give me a new liner. The whole was not by us damaging the liner. I know for a fact it wasn't and I have told them this too. On the other side where the liner was folded you can see the indention of the hole, so it was in there when they folded and boxed it up. I recommend you do NOT purchase anything from this company. I will continue to post this message every single day until I receive my money back or a new liner.
Liner
We received our liner and the box is minimally damaged. I took a picture and emailed to let them know but we won't be opening the box for a few more weeks. It's still in the 50s here. I was told that box damage is normal and I need to open it to tell them the damage. I explained that we won't have storeage after it's opened but they wouldn't work with me. Very disappointed in their customer service...or lack of.
