Electric muscle stimulator
This muscle stimulator is amazing when it comes to performance, but their customer support is a total disaster. I've been using it for a while now and everything was great until I encountered a problem and reached out for some help. At first, they were helpful and quick to respond, but lately, they've really dropped the ball. I just needed some guidance on a simple issue, and all they told me was that since my device was out of warranty, they couldn't do anything to help. I wasn't even looking for a replacement, just some advice. It's disappointing to see their support quality decline, especially when their product is so reliable.
Recent purchase experience
My recent purchase didn't go as smoothly as I'd hoped, had some issues with the delivery that needed a few back-and-forth emails to sort out. But props to the customer service team for being quick to reply and fix things up. I'd give the whole experience a solid 4 out of 5 stars, with some areas that could be smoother. The product itself does what it's supposed to do, so I'm excited to see how well it works.
PowerDot Duo purchase
My PowerDot Duo took so long to get to me, and after waiting forever, I learned they don't send replacement pads to the UK! I'm stuck with this useless gadget now and they won't even refund or assist me. It's incredibly frustrating!
Muscle stimulator
The muscle stimulator is awesome, but man, the customer service is just terrible. When I needed to get replacement pads, they tried to charge me way too much for slow shipping. Ended up finding better deals and quicker delivery on Amazon. Can't believe how hard they made it to get the pads I needed. Pretty bummed about the whole experience.
Replacement pads not received
I am so frustrated with how long it's taking to get my replacement pads. I ordered them two weeks ago, thinking I'd get them in 2-3 days, but nothing has shown up yet. The website said they were coming from Rotterdam, but I haven't seen any updates on my order. I've emailed customer service a bunch of times and haven't heard anything back about what's going on. It's not cool to keep customers in the dark like this.
Delayed order
I ordered something back in December and it still hasn't arrived after two months. The tracking info I got doesn't seem to be working because it says my stuff hasn't even left the Netherlands. It looks like this company might be having trouble keeping their products in stock or maybe they're having money problems.
Replacement dots
I tried to get some replacement dots for my product not too long ago. I reached out to customer service, but it's been three weeks and I haven't heard back yet. I gotta say, the whole thing has been pretty disappointing. If I had known it would be this hard to get replacement dots, I probably wouldn't have bought the product in the first place. It's frustrating to spend money on something and then not get the help you need when things don't go as planned.
Butterfly-pad order
I ordered a Butterfly-pad almost a month ago and it still hasn't arrived. I've reached out to customer service multiple times, but all they keep saying is that my order will arrive in a few business days. They told me later about delays because of COVID-19, but nobody told me that when I placed the order. The tracking number they gave me doesn't even work to track my package.
TENS unit purchase
The TENS unit I bought was awesome, but man, the service was a real letdown. The delivery took forever, so I had to scramble and buy replacement pads elsewhere. They should've used a different postal service to avoid messing with customers like that. If I'd known their customer service was so bad, I would've bought a similar product from another company.
PowerDot device
A few years back, I bought the PowerDot device and only used it a few times. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with it. The pads wear out quickly and are pricey to replace, which ends up costing more in the long run. Plus, the device itself isn't worth the high price tag. One of the buttons got stuck on one of my devices, and now it won't work at all. To top it off, I couldn't get a replacement part, and the warranty was only good for a year on such an expensive machine. I'm really let down by the lack of support and the overall quality of the product. I won't be buying from this company again.
PowerDot Button Issue
The button on my PowerDot device broke after just a few times using it, and I was so bummed to learn that there's no customer service or repair options available. It's a total bummer and a waste of money, especially since I shelled out a pretty penny for it. The lack of customer support for a product like this is just not cool, and I'm pretty disappointed.
