Hair loss solution
I've struggled with losing a lot of hair because of stress and health stuff, so when I found the Ruby, it was a total game-changer for me. My sis got it for me and it matched my hair color and style perfectly. It not only covered up my thinning hair but also boosted my confidence and how I felt about myself big time. But after using it for a while, the tip broke. I decided to shoot the company a message, and I was so surprised by how fast they got back to me. They offered to replace it, no problem at all, which really made me appreciate their customer service even more. Overall, my experience with this company has been awesome, and I've been telling everyone about it. I'm definitely a happy customer and will definitely be buying more from them in the future.
Two medium blonde pieces
I recently bought a couple of medium blonde hair extensions from here, and I gotta say, I'm pretty impressed. These extensions look amazing when I wear them in pigtails, and I can't wait to see how they look in a ponytail too. I've seen some negative reviews about the wire that goes through the extensions, but personally, I don't think it's a big deal. The wire helps keep the extensions in place, and it's not really noticeable once you wrap it around your own hair. However, I am a little worried about how long these extensions will last considering they're on the pricier side. I really hope they're durable and don't get easily damaged.
Ruby smooth, long layered ponytail
I got my Ruby ponytail and I am obsessed with it! It looks super natural and feels amazingly soft. Can't wait to flaunt it! The customer service peeps were so great when I was trying to figure out which color to get. They were patient and really cared about helping me find the right match for my hair. Definitely would suggest ordering from here. Now that I know the perfect color, I might have to try a new style next time. Thanks a bunch!
Blonde ponytail clip
I bought this cute blonde ponytail clip from your store recently and the color is lovely, plus it feels really nice. But to be honest, I'm kind of disappointed with how it holds up. I've tried different hairstyles and even wrapped the wire really tight, but it just won't stay in place. It's kind of heavy and when I wear it, it keeps tugging on my hair, which is super annoying and uncomfortable.
Ruby dress on backorder
This place is a total bust, don't waste your time ordering. I bought a Ruby dress back on August 5th and got a confirmation email, but then I didn't hear a peep for weeks. When I finally reached out on August 17th, they said my order was on backorder and would ship in 1-2 weeks. Well, it's been way longer than that now and my emails are being totally ghosted. I'm starting to think those positive reviews are totally phony.
Hair products purchase
I bought some hair products online not too long ago and ended up needing to return them. But, oh man, it was a real pain trying to get a hold of customer service to help me out with the return. I called them a bunch of times and even left messages, but never got a call back. It was really annoying and kind of bummed me out that they were so unresponsive and lacking in customer support.
Sparkly dress
OMG, I just got this super adorable sparkly dress for a party and it was seriously amazing! It was so shiny and fun, I felt like a princess when I put it on. The website was really easy to navigate and my order arrived pretty quickly. The dress fit me like a glove and I received tons of compliments on it. I will definitely be shopping here again!
Refund not received
Pretty Party needs to give me my money back for two orders they never sent me. I ordered them a while back, and even after trying to contact them several times, I still didn't get my stuff or a refund. It's really annoying that they shut down without sorting this out. Some of my friends had the same problem with their orders too.
Red carpet ready wigs
I can't believe how bold this company is. I ordered 2 red carpet ready wigs back in June and now it's mid-August and my order is nowhere to be found. The tracking hasn't been updated since July 5th in Germany. I even messaged them on Instagram to make sure I was on the right website for Australia. What a letdown and a waste of $152. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this company, they're a complete scam.
Hair dye purshase
I bought this hair dye online expecting a medium auburn color, but it turned out to be a dark red-brown that's totally different from what I saw online. I even tried to lighten it, but no luck. Such a waste of money! I spent over $80 on this hair dye that did absolutely nothing. The colors were way off from what I expected. So disappointed. Definitely not purchasing from this place again.
Ruby dress
I ordered this cute Ruby dress back on October 7th, got charged right away. Then, three days after, I got an email telling me that they're out of stock with no idea when it's coming back. I asked for my money back but haven't heard from them since. I've sent heaps of emails and tried calling too, but it's like no one's there. It's October 25th now and I'm still waiting on that refund for a dress they never even sent out.
Ponytail extensions order
I've had some really good experiences with this company before, especially with their ponytail extensions. But, the order I placed in early February turned out to be a total disaster. They charged my credit card right away, but I never got the order. I tried reaching out by email multiple times. At first, they said they were having issues and would ship it soon. But then they just stopped communicating and ignored my follow-up emails. I had to go ahead and file a claim with my credit card company to get a refund. It was such a letdown and really frustrating.
Unfulfilled order
I can't believe how terrible the customer service is at this company. I changed my address and still didn't get my order. When I asked for help, all I got back were automated messages. They don't even have a phone number to call - they just take your money and that's it. It's been a month now, and I still don't have my refund or my product. This is so unprofessional and just not okay.
Online order disappointment
I messed up by ordering from this online store, and man, it was a complete nightmare. The website looked real, but that was the only good thing about it. I placed my order and then just waited and waited, but got nothing. I tried getting in touch with customer service many times, but they either didn't answer or just gave me some lame excuses about delays. It was so irritating and really made me mad to be ignored for weeks. Finally, I gave up and asked for a refund, but I'm still waiting for it. Don't make the same mistake as me, go shop somewhere else and save yourself the trouble.

I've ordered from this place before and never had any issues, but this time around has been a total nightmare. I made my order and have been trying to reach them through calls and emails, but no dice. It's really frustrating not to hear back, especially since I've been a loyal customer.
