Don't listen to those bad reviews, the customer service here is amazing! I was a little worried after seeing all the negative comments, but I just had to share how great my experience was. My dry cleaner messed up my purchase, so I contacted customer service for help. Not only did they give me useful advice, but they also surprised me by replacing my item for free. Their team was super quick and helpful in our email exchanges. I was hesitant at first since I couldn't find a phone number, but they got back to me right away and fixed everything fast. It couldn't have gone any smoother.
Cute but low-quality items
The stuff in this store is super adorable, but the quality is kind of disappointing. Even though they're pricey, the items seem really cheap and not very well-made. I was bummed to see that the quality didn't live up to the designer price tags. I don't get how they still manage to pull in customers when the quality is so meh.
Store credit issue
I had a really bad experience with the customer service at that store. They gave me store credit, but the code they sent me wouldn't work. I tried getting in touch by sending 3 emails and leaving 2 voicemails, but no one bothered to respond. It's just frustrating and really disappointing.
Clothes too expensive
I love the clothes at this store, they have such cute stuff! But man, why are they so pricey? I understand the whole quality thing, but I just can't bring myself to drop that much cash on a shirt. And the whole deal with having to pay for returns is just ridiculous. Like seriously, that's not cool at all. And being in Canada just makes it all the more annoying.
International order return
I sent back my international order real quick with tracking and all. The package made it to where it needed to go, but I haven't heard anything back. No one has acknowledged getting the return, replied to my emails about a refund, or given me my money back. Looks like I may need to just accept that I won't see that $700 again.
International shipping experience
As someone from overseas, I was bummed when I found out I had to fork over my own cash for return shipping. It cost me a pretty penny, especially because I had to get two of the same thing to figure out the right size. This rule is a major pain for customers not in the US and it's made me think twice about shopping here again in the future.
Online shopping experience
I'm so annoyed with this online shopping mess. I ordered stuff forever ago and haven't heard anything since. I've emailed customer service a bunch of times and haven't heard back at all. I feel like I'm in the dark here, wondering if this company is even legit or if I got scammed. I've double, triple, quadruple checked all my info and still can't find anything about my order. This lack of communication and transparency is just not okay.
