Just okay: My experience with Revolution Beauty
I've had a mixed experience with Revolution Beauty. On one hand, their products are generally affordable and of decent quality. I've been using their concealer for a while now and it works well for me. They also have a wide range of shades to choose from, which is great.
However, their customer service leaves something to be desired. I had an issue with an order and it took multiple attempts to get a response from them. And even then, the solution they offered was not entirely satisfactory.
Another downside is their online-only business model. I understand that a lot of companies are moving in that direction, but I personally prefer the option to see and test products in person before making a purchase.
All in all, I'd say Revolution Beauty is worth checking out if you're on a budget and don't mind the lack of physical stores. Just be prepared for potential customer service issues.Latest Makeup Purchase
Wow, what a crazy experience! My order showed up in a package that looked like it had been through a battlefield, so I was already gearing up for a disaster. But to add to the excitement, the box was totally empty! I didn't know whether to laugh or cry. Luckily, the customer service team was amazing. They handled everything quickly and gracefully, and got a replacement sent out super fast. Huge thanks to them for coming to the rescue! And hey, the products ended up being totally worth all the ups and downs. No complaints here, right?
Skin silk foundation
I just got the skin silk foundation from Revolution Beauty, but it turns out I got the wrong shade. Thankfully, the customer service team sent me a new one right away to test out. The second shade still wasn't quite right, but I'm grateful for their help and effort. Even though I didn't find the perfect match this time, I wouldn't hesitate to buy from Revolution Beauty again because their products are top-notch.
Lip scrub with rose gold lid
I recently bought this awesome lip scrub from Revolution with a rose gold lid and let me tell you, I was totally impressed with how good it was. The packaging is also super cute, with these raised lips on the top of the lid that I thought was a cool detail. I've bought all sorts of stuff from Revolution before - skincare, makeup, body care, you name it - and I've always been really happy with everything I've got.
Faulty item resolution
I had to contact customer service because I got a defective item in my order. Georgina and Maddie helped me out and they were super nice and helpful. They took care of the problem quickly, which I really liked. It's such a relief when you get good customer service from people who know what they're doing. Georgina and Maddie went above and beyond, and it shows that the company values its customers.
Shampoo and conditioner for aging hair
I just got this shampoo and conditioner for older hair from this store. I've tried a bunch of other brands, but Revolution really stands out. These products did a great job of making my hair look healthy and shiny. Only problem was the bottles were kinda hard to squeeze with my achy hands, which made it tough to get the product out easily.
Shade matching assistance
I just bought a foundation shade from your company because I couldn't find the right one from another brand. I thought F4 would work, but it was too dark for my pale skin. Your team helped me out and suggested F2 based on a selfie, which was a perfect match. I got the product in 2 days, started using it, and my skin looks way better. It gives me a nice glow that I'm really happy with.
Eyeshadows, Makeup
Oh my gosh, this store is amazing for shopping! It's like a beauty paradise. I was able to find everything I was looking for so quickly, and then I also discovered some other really awesome items. The eyeshadows are definitely my favorite; they help me create the most amazing makeup looks. I just can't seem to get enough of it!
Vegan makeup purchase
I really love this makeup brand, especially now that they have so many Vegan options. Their eyeliner and eyeshadows are amazing - they last all day without smudging! But I've never been a fan of their foundations. They always feel too heavy and cakey on my skin. Maybe it's just me, but I prefer something lighter.
Serum as Estée Lauder alternative
I bought this serum as a cheaper option compared to Estée Lauder. My skin is super sensitive, but this serum didn't cause any bad reactions. The only downsides? Well, I'm not crazy about the smell and wish they offered bigger sizes.
