    Boots with broken lace eyelets

    I was super pumped to wear my new boots for the first time, but when I went to lace them up, one of the eyelets straight up popped out! I was so bummed that this happened right out of the gate. I had actually bought these boots a while back and never got around to wearing them because they were just sitting in the box. And now, of course, they're out of warranty, so I'm basically out of luck.

    I was in a hurry for a pair of dress shoes for a work trip and thought I'd give this company a try. I shelled out some extra cash for fast shipping, but the shoes showed up late, making me take off without them. They only gave me a refund for the shoes, not the tax or shipping fees, and that wasn't mentioned on their site. All in all, it was a letdown.

    3 pairs of shoes

    I bought 3 pairs of shoes from this company not too long ago. But, I ran into a problem with the sizes and had to exchange them. I tried reaching out to their customer service team through email more than once, but never heard back from them. And when I tried calling them, I just got an automated message saying they couldn't take any calls. It was really frustrating and disappointing to not get any help or support. Now I'm stuck with shoes that don't fit and it feels like I just threw my money away.

    Recent purchase disappointed

    I just bought a new pair of shoes, thinking they would be as good as the last pair I had that lasted me over ten years. But man, was I wrong. These new shoes are terrible quality. They looked great in the pictures online, but when I actually got them and opened the box, I could tell right away they weren't gonna last. After only six months, they were falling apart. It's really sad to see this brand's quality go down the drain like this.

    I've been a fan of this brand for years and just bought something new in 2022. But man, I'm super bummed about the shoes this time around. They've been falling apart after just two months of wear, and that's not cool when you're shelling out some serious cash for them.     I bought a pair of shoes online and got really annoyed with the delivery. They said it would come in six to eight days, so I waited. But after 12 days, still no shoes. I was so frustrated, I reached out to customer service to see about canceling my order since I wouldn't be around to get it. To my disappointment, they said I could only cancel within an hour of ordering, even though they were the ones running late. I tried to explain, but all they did was blame holiday delays. So now I'm stuck with no shoes and no money.

    Expensive shoes that fell apart

    I used to love this brand and didn't mind paying extra because I thought their stuff was high quality. But the last two things I got from them just fell apart on me. Both pairs of shoes I bought just completely fell apart after only a few times wearing them. When I tried to get in touch with customer service to see about getting new ones or my money back, they either didn't respond or said no. It's pretty obvious that this company ain't what it used to be. They obviously don't care about their customers, and the stuff they're putting out now is just not up to par. It's sad to see a brand that used to be so good now making such crappy products.

    Ordered wrong size shoes

    I bought some shoes recently, but got sent the wrong size. I've been back and forth with the company for the past 10 days on this. I asked for a free return label or QR code to send the wrong pair back, since it was their mistake. Even though they have been nice in their responses, there's still no fix. The customer service just hasn't been up to par, and I'm getting pretty annoyed with the lack of action. I'd suggest to others to steer clear if they can.

    I recently bought a new pair of shoes, expecting them to be just as comfy and high quality as my old ones. But man, was I let down! The material on top was super cheap and started looking all weird really fast, even though they said it was waterproof. And don't even get me started on the soles - wore out after only 9 months! I'm feeling pretty bummed about it all, especially since my old shoes lasted me years.
