    As a Christian woman, let me tell you, it's been a real challenge to find clothes that are modest and don't break the bank. But boy, oh boy, am I excited to have stumbled upon this online store that checks both those boxes. Roolee has quickly become my go-to for shopping because they always have the latest trends and sales going on. Every time I order something from them, it fits just right, it's great quality, and looks just like it did on their website. Plus, their accessories collection is top-notch and really ties my outfits together.

    Online shopping experience

    The online shopping experience was kind of a letdown because the sizes were all over the place and there wasn't enough info about the model's size. I do like the idea of trying things on at home, but man, the return shipping fees were a real bummer. It would have been nice if they gave the option of a credit or gift card instead of making us pay for return shipping. Overall, it was tough to feel good about buying stuff online when I couldn't try it on first.

    I tried contacting customer service two times. The first time was because my delivery was late, and the second time was because I had to pay postage for my package even though I should have gotten free shipping. I never heard back from them, which is really frustrating. I expected better from this company. I won't be buying from them again.

    I just bought some stuff and I gotta say, I was pretty let down by the whole thing. The prices were high and I had to spend a lot to get free shipping. On top of that, the shipping took forever, way longer than I was told it would. It just left me feeling all kinds of frustrated and disappointed with the customer service.

    Cute clothes

    The clothes were really cute, but man, the customer service was just terrible! I was so pumped to go shopping at the store, but all the sales clerks were just busy chatting with each other and ignoring me. It made me feel super awkward and like I didn't belong there. I tried to ask a question, but they just shot me dirty looks. It felt like they couldn't care less that I was a customer. I have no idea what they were getting paid for, but it sure wasn't to assist with customers!

    Platform sandals purchase

    I bought some platform sandals from this company's website not too long ago. I wore them a few times and then the soles completely came apart from the shoes. I contacted customer service, but they said they only accept returns for defective items within the first 15 days of purchase. It's a bummer, especially since I spent a good amount on these shoes and didn't get much wear out of them. I'd advise against buying from this company because it seems like they care more about making money than selling quality products.

    I recently bought some clothes, and man, it was not a great experience. They hit me with this sneaky $20 charge for "shipping protection" without even giving me a heads up. That felt pretty shady and definitely didn't sit right with me. Plus, the dresses I got were not so great quality considering how much I paid for them. Buttons falling off, seams ripping - it was a mess. I ended up sending back 10 out of the 11 items I ordered for a trial run.

    Delayed Order

    My experience with this online store has been a total letdown. I ordered my stuff way back in May, and it's now July and still no sign of it. And to top it off, the customer service has been a joke. They wouldn't even let me speak to a manager or refund my money, only offering store credit. Who wants store credit for something that never showed up? It's just been a complete mess.

    I just got a text message thanking me for some order that I didn't even place, and it came with a shady link to click on. That's a total scam, so I'd say to everyone out there to be careful with random messages like that. I don't trust that company at all.

    Poor quality dress shrunk after first wash

    I bought a dress from this company not too long ago and at first, I thought it looked great. But, when I washed it following the care instructions exactly, the dress shrank so much that I can't even wear it anymore. It's really disappointing, especially since I paid a lot for it. I'm not happy with the quality at all and I won't be buying from them again.

    Unreceived shoes, poor customer service

    I know how you feel! I was so frustrated when my order never showed up, and trying to get a hold of customer service was a nightmare. It really sucks to see all those good reviews online, only to find out there's a bunch of unhappy customers out there struggling to get help. It seems like they're trying to hide some pretty big problems and sketchy business tactics behind their flashy marketing.

    Misleading return cost

    The return fees for this company are outrageous. I can't believe they think it's okay to charge that much just to send something back. I bought a few things and had to return one because it didn't fit right, and the return shipping cost almost as much as the item! It feels like a total rip off, like I'm being taken advantage of.
