I bought 48 roses for Valentines Day EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED
First of all the cost was outrageous and that was WITH a coupon 48 red roses for $137 with 7 days shipping?? I expected them to come in some sort of container like they show on the website and be brought in as if it were a gift not just some package. But no they were.all squished together in a plain box with NO water and they were wilted and bent. Needless to say it was a very upsetting Valentine's Day. $137 down the drain! NEVER buying here again.
two dozen roses
I ordered 2 dozen roses to be sent to my client in Georgia. When I received the confirmation, it was sent to another email address that I had used previously AND it was sendng the flowers to
ME..not my client. You cannot call them, I immediately started emailing them an they did NOT correct the delivery address to my client. They offered me a coupon. I realize now what happened...they have an algorithm that defaults to a previous orders information...they used THAT and changed all of my input. I have since ordered a replacment for my client AND IT TRIED TO CHANGE MY ORDER AGAIN!!! BEWARE...btw, the roses are gorgeous.Roses
Both my husband and I have purchased roses from Rose Farmers and if we could give it 100 stars we would. From ordering to customer service to delivery- hands down the BEST place to buy flowers. The last 6 dozen roses my husband ordered for our anniversary lasted 3 1/2 weeks, I kid you not! They last soooo long and smell amazing! We will NEVER EVER purchase flowers from another company- not even in the town we live in. Buy flowers and wait until they arrive- you will see for yourself how beautiful they are and how long they last! It’s unbelievable! 5 stars all the way!!!!!!
Do the roses come assembled or do you have to do it when they arrived if you purchased a vase as well?

One Dozen Roses - Monthly Subscription
I get a monthly subscription of Roses. I love that I can send them out to anyone. This month I got notification that they were sending it to a person who received it last month. I never got prior notification so I could change it. HOWEVER, I contacted them by email with who I wanted it to go to and and they responded back by email within 1 minute that it was changed to the person I wanted. I LOVE this company! I have been using them for years and have never been disappointed. Always gorgeous roses! Always lets me know by email that they have arrived. When I get that, I send a text to the person receiving that they have a delivery. Just to make sure the roses are brought in when it's hot weather. Most of the roses go to Florida.
3x Two dozen red roses
Got some roses from here with a Groupon a couple months ago (2021) and sent roses to my 93 year old aunt in PA. Last week I had an email offer to send 2 dozen roses for a REALLY great price. So I sent 2 dozen to another aunt in PA for her 88th birthday. Tried the Redeem link again and it worked to send another 2 dozen to a friend near Jacksonville, FL. Tried the link a 3rd time & sent another 2 dozen to another aunt who will be 96 in July. The link had to be used within 5 days so all of those ladies got flowers anywhere from two weeks to seven weeks early, but they were all so exuberantly surprised, it was such fun for me too, to talk to them! Very first time I ever sent roses was 50 years ago, to a girl I had been dating and 12 roses cost more in 1971 than 2 dozen now! I would give rosefarmers.com 10 stars on price, but I'm only allowed to give them 5. It's early June, all three recipients got them in excellent condition. Just fantastic!
2 dz special roses for wife's birthday - will not deliver - no notice
Purchased on May 08, 2021 Order Item # 1456026853. Have PDF of order entered, order confirmation and invoiced page, all on May 8. Order clearly stated delivery by May 25 and that is acknowledged in the paperwork back from them. Today the product has not shipped and apparently will not ship and certainly not be here for wife's birthday and they have made no contact with me to inform me, nor do they reply to any email sent to the only contact point which is an auto-reply "support" email address that does not thing but thank you for your email.
ROSEFARMERS.com - no published or available address or telephone number and pretty obviously THIEVESREVISED OPINION: RoseFarmers.com had a technical issue in their order processing system that for reasons unexplained caused my order of May 8, 2021, for delivery on May 25, 2021, to be put into a suspense or hold category and apparently with Mother's Day business overwhelming the company, no one checked to see the suspended or held orders until my third complaint got through. At this time, the company is acting responsibly and if I could, I would withdraw the earlier complaint and negative opinion. However, I would advise a company that operates totally from an online portal that they really need to pay mind to the processing and reporting/journaling of orders so as to avoid similar errors in the future.
Two Dozen Roses
I paid for two dozen roses and only received one dozen. Upon notifying Rose Farmers they sent a voucher for $40.00. Nice. But I still would have to pay $26.00 for the roses that I had already paid for.

Upon delivery all four dozen were just beautiful. The best I have ever ordered. Thank you so much for making my better half’s wonderful Mother’s Day. Ten Stars
2 Dozen Roses for Mother's Day
I first ordered Mom flowers for Valentine's Day. They WERE not there on time. Since the roses were beautiful, I let it slide. I again ordered roses for Mom for Mother's Day. They were to be delivered YESTERDAY. No show again! They "claim" my order was on "pause". They took my money from bank account though!!! Never contacted me! So there is NO way flowers will arrive before Mother's Day. I am so disappointed and I will NEVER EVER order anything from them again!

48 long stem roses
I placed the order on March 12th. They were supposed to be delivered before noon on March 16th. It is almost the end of the day on March 17th and they still haven't been delivered. The only way to reach out to customer service is through email. They take days to respond. Horrible experience!!!
24 long stem roses - monthly
I was skeptical at first since they are coming in a box. I bought a monthly subscription for my mom and also for myself ~ So I can see what she is getting first hand. I live in FL, it was 87 today when my order was set to come in. They arrived around noon. Upon opening the box I was completely impressed on how the base of the roses were attached to the box, the flowers themselves were wrapped in paper w/ an additional plastic sleeve and a freshness pack. They also came with flower food. We both got the ‘bicolor pink’, and light pink roses. Absolutely beautiful! I was finally able to use my tall heavy crystal vase! They are truly Long Stem Roses! Much better than the local florist! I will be keeping our monthly subscription! The pics don’t do the bicolor pink justice! When my mom found out she would be getting them every month she was floored! I’m glad I bought a subscription for both of us...you only live once. I would rather buy my mom flowers while she is alive vs after she dies, cause then she won’t be able to enjoy them. Remember...Take time to smell the roses and enjoy the fruits of your labor.❤️
I ordered 2 dozen red roses for my daughter as her eldest son just left for basic training, her second son graduated high school and leavs for basic training in20. Days. I thought she would love some from all 5 kids for a late mothersday. Ordered themfor may 28. I was excited so i paid for noon delivery. I wouldbe there for graduation the next day so i might get to see her face. No roses onmay 2i, 29, 30, 31i wrote them asking why they were not here. Fonally i get a message ih that order was for june 1st( not as i wouldnt be there to see how happy) it shouldbe there in just a short. That was at 1pm wv time, it is now 6 pm wv time still no flowers.
1 dozen Cream Dazzler
Look NOTHING like the picture. Very light green on the outside and some are pinkish on the inside. Pretty, but not what I ordered. Delivered by UPS 2 days late. Received a "You Got Your Roses!" note from Rose Farmers after 1 day late. Would not help me find them. Spent hours on the phone between UPS & USPS. Each saying the other delivered the roses in a long white box to my front door as specified by Rose Farmers. Found them 2 days later in a brown box in front of the apartment building's manager's office door where anyone could have taken them. Rose Farmers didn't send me the discount voucher for my next order as they offered it. I didn't ask for one, Rose Farmers offered it and said they sent it. They did not send it then argued with me about it! Save yourself the hassle and use FTD!!!!
Roses and star gazer lilies
Absolutely stunning! So fragrant and healthy! I received as a Birthday gift. Every rose opened and bloomed perfectly and the star gazers are the perfect accent. Colors are also gorgeous!
Sympathy bouquet
This is my second or third time ordering from RoseFarmers, and I am nothing but 100% satisfied. The recipients of the bouquets I sent have told me that the roses and accompanying greenery are the most beautiful flowers they've ever seen. The sympathy bouquet recipient told me that every rose was absolutely perfect and the purple color was magnificent. The other flowers included in the bouquet were equally beautiful. I have found RoseFarmers incredibly easy to do business with. I am a life-time customer of theirs, and have recommended them to my friends and family.

I brought a total of 4 orders going out to 4 different states all was the long stems 2 dozens
The packaging was amazing stunning to the recipient, all 4 parties who I sent the roses to were elated. Each of them stated how beautiful the roses were color stunning and smells delightful. 3 of the people who received their roses on 1/5/21 states that they are still fresh 1 week later today 1/11/21 I sent the 4th one to new jersey my grandma was ecstatic she was in awe amazed with delight. I was most impressed by the service. This was my first time using this company and it brought a lot of joy to my mom grandma and 2 aunties for the new year.
I have placed many orders for myself and family since 2020. I am always pleasantly surprised at the quick delivery, customer service and freshness of the roses. The white ones open larger than the others. No matter what I order for myself I always include the White to add to other colors. I am definitely a satisfied customer and so are those I send too. Thank you!!

The yellow roses made my mother's day!! She hasn't smiled like this in a while!
UPS had an issue with the delivery, Rose Farmers was right on it! They had the flowers delivered at a timely fashion!
Customer service is out of this world! Thank you so much for make my sick mommy happy!
