Valentine's deal - 3 dozen roses
I just bought the Valentine's deal with 3 dozen roses for my mom's 70th birthday. She really loved them and got tons of compliments on how pretty they were. Ordering was easy, they came on time, and the packaging was great. Surprisingly, the roses stayed fresh even after I accidentally left them out overnight. Most of them lasted almost 3 weeks! I'm super happy with my purchase and will definitely be coming back for more.
Surprise birthday roses
The birthday roses I got for my sister were such a hit! She was totally thrilled, especially with the 26 long-stem roses that came from Ecuador. They were super fresh and beautiful, making her birthday even more special. I'm so glad I went with this service to help make her day unforgettable.

I bought some roses for my friend who's battling cancer. She really loved them! She's a big fan of roses and couldn’t stop talking about how gorgeous they were. Valentines Day special 2 dozen roses +
Flowers looked nice and were packaged well. I requested they be delivered a day later since we weren't going to be home on Valentine's Day but they came on Valentine's Day anyway. I also ordered a vase that didn't come with the order. I tried asking customer service about this but you have to do it through e-mail because a customer service phone number doesn't seem to exist. This could have been a great experience but the issues I had and the customer service left me not wanting to order again.

I love rose farmers the roses are gorgeous and last a long time.I bought them for my mom a couple years ago found a coupon and she loved them best roses she had ever gotten.I decided to buy them again this year for Valentine’s Day look for coupons well worth the price
24 Long Stem Valentines Day Rose
Ordered them ahead in advance (to be delivered for Valentines Day) and they were delivered in a box. Once they were opened the 24 long stem roses were very beautiful and in full bloom. I would definitely order from them again!

My early valentines day flowers came in yesterday, 2/10/23, and they are absolutely stunning. These may be the most beautiful roses I have ever received. This is my second or third time receiving roses from rose farmers, and each time I am even more blown away.
G.B.3 Dozen Roses
I have placed 5 orders with Rose Farmers since May. I can only hope the roses have been beautiful. One order was placed as an order for my anniversary. I ordered 2 dozen blush and a dozen cream. The cream dazzlers bloomed right away and were huge and beautiful! The blush arrived tight so I assumed they would bloom later and be just as beautiful. after a week, they never had never bloomed. After 10 days, they were just tight and brown. I contacted Rose Farmers. They offered me a $40 voucher. That would not have paid for me to replace the 2 dozen blush roses. They eventually offered to replace my order but sent it to the wrong address - one I had sent an order to someone else as a gift. There is no phone number to call so everything is done through email making communication very difficult. My order was originaaly delivered on 07/22/2022. The replacement was delivered to the WRONG address and person today - exactly one month later. I was advised to contact UPS to try to change the address, however anyone who ships knows only the shipper can make such changes when the name on the package is in someone else's name! I have offered to pay the shipping on he 2 dozen roses that did not bloom. I'm not even asking for the entire order to be replaced. I'm not sure why this is so complicated. l likely give them one more chance on a personal order before I send flowers to anyone else. I woud be terribly embarrassed if they received an order like I did.

I cannot express how much I love this company!! I have probably ordered 30 different times..These are the most Gorgeous roses I have ever seen!! They bloom so big! Customer service always answers me very quickly if I ever have a question..You Cannot go wrong with these, I wouldn't order Roses from another company, ever!!

Terrible customer service.
Ordered 4 dozen roses for a memorial service and paid EXTRA money for a guaranteed delivery one day before the service.
Got an email saying that due to problems in Ecuador the order will be delivered 3 days last. Did not let me cancel the order.
For all I know the flowers are sitting in the foyer of an apartment building in Brooklyn as there is no one home following the memorial service.
I should not be charged for it, but instead they sent me a $40 discount towards future purchases. How can you charge me for something that was not delivered to me.
They should take the loss and then apologize for making us scramble at the last minute to find someone locally to deliver the flowers.Horrid Mistake
I ordered Roses on the 2nd of May. for delivery on Friday, May 6th. I was informed on the 5th of May that they would not arrive until the 9th-one day after Mothers' Day, because who doesn't like going Trick or Treating on the First of November? Use a reputable florist if it matters to you at all, Don't make the Horrid Mistake that I did. Save yourselves

The Roses arrived with a lot damaged and crushed.
They were obviously all very old Roses, as well.
It's just so disappointing to receive Roses in this state.
They have a no-refund policy, so you're ... and have to accept any old damaged ... they want to send.
There's also no contact telephone number anywhere on the website, so you have to email them. That tells you a lot, when they don't want the accountability of being reachable by phone.Roses
The roses are beautiful and last a long time. My number one complaint is that it is very hard to find where to enter a message to the recipient. Sometimes, like today, I searched all over and couldn't find it hoping it would show up when I checked out. Other times when I have sent a monthly order... the recipient does not receive a card that the roses are from us in the months following the first order! Therefore, they think that maybe they got roses from the RoseFarmer company. When they include a card, the print is tiny and out of place. It is a shame that they have not corrected this problem. The other problem is that the recipient needs a very strong knife to access the roses from the carton. BUT- the roses are gorgeous and last a long time. So, I keep trying to work with customer support. Please... if you have the same problem... let them know because they do have beautiful roses.

The 2 orders of roses arrived in very bad condition. Promised replacement that never occurred. They claim because American Express stepped due to a charge that accompanied the voucher.Roses - poor condition
After receiving a gift order that was in poor condition. I explained to this company that I did not want the person who sent me the roses to know that they arrived in poor condition.
I contacted RoseFarmers and received a $40. Voucher . It took along time for a return call or email, customer service or any telephone number is not easy to find.
I wrote my first review being fair & factual and received a telephone call at once.
I was asked to consider removing my review, in return for an additional credit, which I had to pay $37.for my replacement order (big mistake on my part). And another order of Roses, seemed very generous….. everyone deserves a second chance.
Today I received the replacement order, using the voucher, plus my payment, and the roses again arrived in poor condition.

The quality control is poor. I recommend using another company or local florist service.

After receiving an order for Valentine's day roses, I was disappointed and wrote a nasty review. To my unexpected but pleasant surprise, the president of the company contacted me on my order. Any company or person can always make a mistake.However it is the test of their service if they acknowledge the mistake and try to correct it. In my case the president of the company took personal responsibility and generously corrected the issue. Having been in business for a long time, I admired Rose Farmers with their quick and satisfactory response. I have been their customer now for over a year. I fully intend to stay their customewr in the future
