I bought 48 roses for Valentines Day EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED
First of all the cost was outrageous and that was WITH a coupon 48 red roses for $137 with 7 days shipping?? I expected them to come in some sort of container like they show on the website and be brought in as if it were a gift not just some package. But no they were.all squished together in a plain box with NO water and they were wilted and bent. Needless to say it was a very upsetting Valentine's Day. $137 down the drain! NEVER buying here again.

Shoes
Ordered shoes that were priced for $300 including shipping. Was charged $306. Didn’t really care until they ended up cancelling the order due to the shoes condition or something and only refunded $300. Told them about it and they stopped responding. So essentially I have to pay money for their incompetence. Would recommend not buying from this place unless you want to throw money away.

Terrible experiences! I have been a Macy store frequent shopper in Fort Lauderdale Gallery Mall quite some years, I got a flyer from the store and thought it was reasonable deal, so I have registered on Macy Wine Cellars and started to buy wine from the website, 1st time experiences was bad enough, the wine package broke and returned, replacement package didn't make delivery about 4 weeks later than planned, then one month later, they billed my CC of $150 and shipped a new shipment w/o my knowledge, I called and asked them to reserve the shipment and refund and please cancel the memebership, the Rep told me all done and done, but 3 days later, I got a cell message a Fedex shipment is on the way?!? I called again and this time talked with a lady, she told me a different story, the membership was indeed cancelled but they couldnt refund, due to the wine shipment was 2 batches, 1st batch was damaged and returned, 2nd batch was on the way, in fact, I found out it sat at my back door w/o signature or notice from FedEx, I have asked her to email me the return label to send it back last Thursday, so far I heard nothing by phone or email, it was not a pleasant experiences shopping with them, they might have a lots of fine print and conditions there, be careful when you shop with them.
Yeah good luck canceling your membership without calling them..
My son sent wine for a house warming gift and in the process of delivery FEDEX drop the box and the bottles broke. They made the delivery three times knowing the box was damaged. I called Macys I knew they would make things right. I spoke to a lovely woman name Elva (Elvie)Sprague she was Awesome. She was kind very understanding and very professorial. She understood how upset we were and she reassured us that Macy's will make everything right and the couple would get there delivery. Her customer service was exceptional like non I have had in a long time. I hung up feeling like Macys really cares about there customers. All customer service representatives should be like Elva because of her I will be ordering again. Please acknowledge her Awesome work and the wonderful person she is to your company. People like her make Macys great. Thank you Macy's
