I ordered a figure from this company when I was at my old address. I noticed they were preparing to ship it so I sent them an email asking if they could change the address, and instead of changing the address, send me an email days later saying I was to late and if I wanted the address changed I needed to give them an addition $19. They refused to give me a refund and shipped it to the wrong address anyway. Terrible company

Ageless Beauty Balm
I watched an infomercial on Facebook touting that it is so natural, good, etc. so I bought some bottles of the Ageless Beauty Balm. When I saw it had a warning that it is poisonous (if ingested, but anything you put on your skin is absorbed as well), I called to say their advertising is deceptive and I would not have purchased. I asked for a return label, and they said I have to pay for the return of the product. Not good customer service.

I placed an order about three weeks ago.
A few days later I got a message that my order is on the way. No tracking number. Two weeks after my order I contacted them and they said it will arrive soon. After a few more days asking them for a tracking number they send me one that is also on the next day still not recognized by USPS so they still did not sent out my order.
I asked them to cancel it but no answer. I reported them a fraud with my credit card company.Review about: Tribesigns
Drying Rack
Wow, so many pop-ups! Pop-ups when you first land on the website. Then when you go to actually pay for an item, you are invited to leave a tip. No. No tip. Then after you complete the purchase, you get a pop-up "inviting" you to buy some random ... that the company is trying to move. That pop-up makes it look like I just bought the wrong product, which is upsetting, confusing, and annoying. Then, I get an email trying to get me to come back and sign up for spam from Tribesigns. No. All of this put together makes me uninterested in doing business with Tribesigns.

Groceries
Had been a satisfied customer for a while and have spent about $500 over the last few months. Yami was my preferred online retailer for Asian goods until this week. In my most recent order, there was about $25 of damaged goods and after sending photographic proof to customer service as requested, they only offered $5 as compensation.

Would not recommend shopping here to anyone
Placed my order nearly two months ago and haven’t received all of my order still. I was not impressed on the quality of what I received for how much it cost and my items don’t work with my anatomy. Sent a ton of emails to customer service and they were unwilling to help me out with a partial refund for items I won’t be able to use. Not only this but I had to practically twist their arm so that they would send me part of my order while one item came back in stock. The customer service is horrible and I can’t recommend ever shopping here again. Don’t believe the hype.

Their response was more of a sob story than actually trying to help me but they are happy to take your money right away.
