    I had a great experience with this company when I had to get a part of my sensor mirror fixed under the 5-year warranty. The customer service was amazing and it was easy to get the repair done. I liked that they focus on fixing products instead of just replacing them.

    Sensor trashcan

    I got this fancy voice and sensor trashcan, thinking it was going to be super cool. Boy, was I wrong! It turned out to be a total waste of money. The batteries are always dying on me, no matter what I do. I tried all the troubleshooting tips on their website, but no luck. The plug used to work, but now it's completely shot. Customer service only sent me a replacement lid that opened at a snail's pace, but I accepted it because at least it kind of worked. But the battery and plug problems just wouldn't quit. When I finally reached out to customer service, they weren't very helpful. Not everyone can just throw money away like that. Asking me for a video of the battery issue was just too much. I'm so annoyed that I wasted my money on this. Watch out before you buy from them, seriously.

    Trash Can and Automatic Soap Dispenser

    I bought a trash can and one of those fancy automatic soap dispensers from this company thinking they'd be simple and work well. But boy was I let down. The trash can broke after just a few months, and when I tried to get help under warranty, they ghosted me. The soap dispenser was also a bust, and their customer service was nowhere to be found when I needed assistance. Their emails were useless and repetitive, and there was no way to talk to a real person about my issues. After two years of dealing with broken products and zero help from their end, I can say with confidence that I won't be throwing any more money their way.

    Soap dispenser broke after warranty

    I got that soap dispenser a few years back and it was great until it decided to stop working right after the warranty expired! I watched all kinds of videos to try and fix it but no dice. The company threw me a bone with a 20% discount but I'm not sure if I want to give them another shot if it's just gonna break again!

    Sensor mirror repair issue

    I recently had a problem with my sensor mirror, which I've had for 7 years. The sensor started acting up and it was really messing with my daily routine. So, I emailed the company to see about getting it fixed. But, turns out they don't do repairs. All they offered was a 10% discount on my next purchase, which didn't really help. I even mentioned their sustainability stuff on their site, but it didn't make a difference.

    Wall-mounted sensor mirror

    I bought a wall-mounted sensor mirror not too long ago, and I gotta say, I was really disappointed with the customer service I got. When I reached out to ask about where my order was, the person I talked to seemed like they didn't know what was going on and wasn't very professional. They didn't really listen to what I was saying and gave me some unrealistic ideas. Instead of focusing on my current problem, they brought up some old order from way back and didn't seem to care about helping me out. It was super frustrating and in the end, I didn't feel like my issue was resolved at all.

    Faulty soap dispenser

    I can't believe how terrible the soap dispenser I bought from this company is. As soon as I opened it, one of them didn't even work. I contacted customer service and they said they'd send a replacement in 2-4 weeks. But it's been over 2 months now and still no replacement. It's so frustrating and I'm really angry about this whole thing.

    Disappointing purchase

    I bought this fancy automatic trash can that looked really promising at first. But, after using it for a little over a year, the voice recognition and motion sensor just stopped working properly. It was super annoying and made me feel like the tech wasn't as good as they claimed. I'd suggest holding off for a bit until a more trustworthy competitor comes out with a more reliable product.

    I'm super bummed about these trash cans I bought. They crapped out on me real quick and dealing with the warranty was a total nightmare. The warranty team made it a pain in the butt to get anything fixed, like they were avoiding helping me on purpose. Overall, just really frustrating.

    Mirror purchase experience

    I bought a mirror from this company not too long ago and gotta say, my whole ordeal with them hasn't been great. Their customer service is a nightmare to get a hold of, feels like talking to a brick wall. And if there's a problem with what you got, they want you to record a video showing the issue and then ship the whole thing back in the box it came in. Did all that, still waiting on a new mirror. It's really bumming me out how they're dropping the ball on communication and getting stuff done.

    Stainless steel trash can replacement

    I've been really let down by the customer service from this company. I bought a stainless steel trash can that ended up being faulty, and I've been trying for over a month to get it replaced under warranty. After waiting for so long with no success, I gave up and ordered a new one, hoping for a better result. But when it showed up, it was all messed up - big dents and parts missing. I tried reaching out to customer service again, but got nowhere. It's obvious that this company doesn't care about its customers or believe in its products.

    Dish rack purchase

    I bought a dish rack from you guys not too long ago, but it turned out to be way too large for where I wanted to put it. I tried to get in touch with someone from customer service to start the return process, but I just couldn't get through to a real person. After a lot of back and forth with the automated service, FedEx finally came to pick up the item. Even though I sent it back, I still haven't gotten my refund. It's been super frustrating trying to get any kind of response, even from the automated system. I'd be careful about recommending this service to anyone in the future.
