Ugly shoes that fell apart
These shoes were so terrible! They just looked like they came straight off a conveyor belt and were so uncomfortable. The soles were super stiff and they started falling apart after only a few months. I can't believe I spent so much money on such low-quality shoes.
Recent shoe purchase
I just bought some shoes from the store and I was really excited because they looked so good online. But when I got them and tried them on, I was let down by how they felt and fit. I wore them around my house for a bit, but they were just super uncomfortable and didn't seem to work for my feet. I ended up deciding to return them since they weren't what I was hoping for.
Customer service, PayPal, buyer protection
I suggest using PayPal or a credit card when you buy from this company. Dealing with their customer service was a real pain, since they didn't respond about my missing order until I had to open a PayPal dispute. It seems like getting things sorted out only happens when a third party steps in.
Skechers Delux Walkers
I would wear RAGS on my feet before I would put on a pair of Skechers. Bought a pair of Delux Walkers and they totally broke down (pronated badly) after only 7 times on my feet (walking for a total of less than 12 miles). Worse yet, I sought help online, was sent to a retail store who did absolutely nothing but send me back online. I was asked to submit several photos, which I did, then was sent a "complimentary" FedEx label to send them in to be inspected. The label was never accessible. The product is HORRIBLE and the service is even WORSE. Don't waste your money on this junk! Buy a pair of real shoes.

Mens shoes
February 2022, I purchased a new pair of men's Skechers shoes from Super Shoes in Pennsylvania. The shoes have been comfortable, and so far have held up well. The insoles failed badly within 5 months of purchase, with large chunks falling out in the areas of wear.
However my biggest concern is the lack of customer support. I reached out to the company three times with absolutely no response aside from the automated email response. (9/5/22, 9/19/22 & 10/12/22). This lack of response and apparent lack of concern will cause me to avoid purchasing or recommending the Skechers brand.
