I've been shopping at this store for a while now, buying makeup and skincare stuff regularly. They have awesome sales that make it a real bargain to shop here. The products are super high quality, and I've never been let down by anything I've bought. I haven't had to reach out to customer service much, but the one time I did, they were quick to respond and really helpful. Their customer service is top-notch and really makes this store stand out. I'll definitely keep coming back and using their products in the future.

I just bought some skincare stuff from this store and man, the customer service was amazing! I messed up my address on the order, so I shot an email over to them real quick. And would you believe it, in just 12 hours they got back to me and fixed it right up. Their quickness and willingness to help really impressed me. And let me tell you, the prices were pretty fair, especially since these products aren't usually found up here in Canada. All in all, it was a great shopping experience that I'd definitely suggest to others.

I wanted to send a quick thank you for the great customer service I got from a woman named Charlotte at your store. My order came in damaged, but Charlotte helped me get a replacement right away. She was so quick and helpful, and I really appreciated it. The replacement just arrived and it's all good, so I'm really grateful to Charlotte for making sure it was sent out fast. The customer service here was top-notch and went above and beyond what I expected. I'll definitely be coming back as a happy customer.

I gotta give a shoutout to SPACE NK for the awesome customer service I got. So, I bought something and it showed up kinda messed up, and I really needed it for a birthday gift. I reached out to customer service and talked to this person named SJ. SJ was so nice and totally got where I was coming from. She fixed everything super quickly and smoothly. I was seriously impressed by how professional and helpful SJ was in sorting out my problem. The whole customer service experience was top-notch from beginning to end.

I just had a couple of issues with my account at this company, even had one on a bank holiday! But let me tell you, the customer service team was quick to help me out with both problems. I gotta say, their top-notch service really shows how much they care about their customers.

The customer service for online orders at this place is fantastic! I had a problem with my order recently, but the staff took care of it quickly and efficiently. It was so much better than dealing with those virtual assistants at other stores. I actually got real help here.
