    I am not of this age to understand or enjoy this craziness
    Every time when we as a family decide to pick such dresses come to this store If I could count my total purchase since 2018 it's more then fifty different dresses
    Baby ghost buster a new dress for grandson he is very small but I liked so purchased Good apparels used for this jumpsuit cotton and poly great look and best feature it's easy washable No price issue that is almost fine.

    I just bought a Halloween costume from the store, and it was a pretty good experience, overall. The staff, especially Jessica, was super helpful and knew a lot about the stuff they were selling. I'm grateful for their help in finding the perfect costume for me. The store was neat and had tons of costumes to pick from, which made it easy to find just what I wanted. I'd definitely suggest checking this place out for all your Halloween stuff.

    Awesome Halloween stuff!

    I went to this really awesome Halloween store and the staff there were so helpful! They helped me find everything I was looking for and the store had such a cool vibe. I've already told all my friends to check it out because the employees, especially Sarah the Assistant Manager and Alex the Store Manager, were top-notch! I've been to other Halloween stores before, but this one takes the cake!! Keep up the great work, everyone!!

    My cool costumes

    I went to this Halloween store and found some really cool costumes for me and my friends. But when we got back home, we realized that one of the costumes was too small. We decided to return it, but when we went back the next day, the employees were really rude and wouldn't let us exchange it. They flat out said no refunds or anything! It was totally unfair! I was super disappointed and now I don't plan on going back there.

    Man, what a disaster! I checked out their website and barely anything they had in the store was in stock. What's the point of offering pick-up if they can't even fulfill the order? So, I tried ordering online and got slammed with crazy high delivery costs. And their discounts? Forget about it - can't even use both the 20% off and free shipping over $35. What a rip-off! I'm definitely not shopping there again and I'll be warning everyone about their shady business practices.

    Canceling an order

    As someone who shops at this store, I gotta say canceling an order here can be pretty frustrating. I tried to cancel mine just five minutes after placing it and was told it couldn't be done. My advice is to double-check before you order, cause returning stuff is also said to be a hassle.

    I bought a Halloween costume from this store recently, and man, what a letdown. So, I order it, right? And the website says it's all good to go and will be here in a week. But weeks pass, and finally, the costume shows up - and let me tell you, it looks nothing like the picture online. The material was all cheap, and the size was way off. Trying to return it was a whole other ordeal. The return process was a mess, and getting a refund seemed impossible. I had to fight with customer service for weeks just to get my money back. Such a pain to deal with and it really left a sour taste in my mouth.

    I'm so irritated with the customer service at this store. I spent over $200 on a costume and decorations, but my order never showed up. I've reached out to the store several times through emails and phone calls, but they haven't given me a refund yet. The people I talked to weren't helpful at all and didn't seem to care about fixing the problem. It's not okay to hang onto my money for stuff I never got, and I'm really let down by how they've handled this. I won't be buying anything from this store again.

    I was totally pumped to snag this super cool costume online and then just pick it up at the store. But then they totally pulled the rug out from under me and CANCELED my order! I mean, seriously?! To make matters worse, I found out via email AFTER I placed the order. How rude is that?! And on top of that, they didn't even refund my money right away. I had to waste time calling them and waiting, but still no refund in sight. Such a bummer, Spirit Halloween, not cool at all!

    I recently bought a Halloween costume from this store, and let me tell you, it was a major letdown. I ordered it at the start of October, and as of now, it's still MIA. The tracking number says it's on its way through Fedex, but it hasn't budged an inch. It's pretty sketchy that they snatched my money right away, but I'm left empty-handed. I've tried reaching out to their customer service a bunch of times, but I can't seem to get a hold of a human being - wait times are crazy long, like 8-12 hours. This whole situation feels like a complete scam. It's sad to see a company taking advantage of folks, especially with Halloween around the corner. If this store is really linked to the trusted company I know, they need to fix this mess ASAP and put an end to this shady business.

    I had ordered a Halloween costume online, and it took forever to arrive. I ended up returning it because it wasn't right, but then I had to wait for over two months to get my refund. I was originally told it would take 27 days to process, but that ended up being way longer than expected. When I checked in after those 27 days, they said there was an issue with my card information and asked me to wait another 27 days. Now they're blaming high return levels for the delay, but it's been three months and still no refund. It's frustrating and disappointing that they're not being upfront about what's going on. I won't be using their services again.

    I was in a tough spot and needed a costume last minute for a party on 10/27, so I went ahead and placed an order online on 10/26 with overnight shipping because they didn't have it in the store. Unfortunately, the order didn't come until 10/30, causing me to miss the whole event. I tried to return it, but both the store and their website wouldn't take it back, so now I'm stuck with a late costume and out of some cash. It's really frustrating that I didn't get any heads up about the delay and had to pay more for a service that didn't deliver on time. This whole situation has left me feeling pretty dissatisfied and I won't be shopping with them again in the future.

    Halloween costumes for kids

    I was really disappointed with my experience as a customer at the store. I had ordered Halloween costumes for my kids back in early October, so there was enough time for them to arrive before Halloween. However, even though they said the costumes would be shipped on time, they never actually sent them out. They just scanned a label but didn't ship the package through FedEx. On top of that, I tried to reach out to customer service but had no luck - they didn't answer the phone or return my calls. It's just not okay for a company to take your money and not give you what you paid for or even provide any customer service. It felt like a total scam, and now I'm left feeling like I got ripped off and with no costumes for my kids. I really don't recommend buying anything from this company online, because my experience with them was really disappointing and frustrating.
