    Vanished tent, long chase

    tracked from China, moving smoothly through borders, then it arrived in the UK and the tracking said “out for delivery” from EVRi’s depot. After that it just disappeared. That one line on the tracker felt like a promise that was broken; it’s oddly personal when something you paid good money for vanishes.

    Cheap scooter, worse follow-up

    $82.43. I spent about two months going back and forth with Temu and PayPal. Temu first sided with the seller and told me to get the rest from PayPal. PayPal said Temu was responsible for refunding the remainder. I escalated the claim with Temu again. They basically ignored the complaint about the seller and never removed them or disciplined them. I tried to be patient. I called, submitted forms, explained everything. Nothing changed. In the end I paid full price for a new scooter I returned unused and never got my full money back. It was frustrating and disappointing. I did tell a friend not to buy from that seller, and I won't be ordering big items from Temu again. Customer service did not address the issue properly, and the merchant's behavior felt dishonest. A small relief was the moment I boxed it up and knew I hadn't used it — at least I didn't keep something I didn't trust.

    the experience was unacceptable — I paid for 20 items and only got 13, and getting any real answer has been basically impossible. I saw the deals after a coworker sent me a link, so I tried it out and placed three orders on the same day. Right away I felt uneasy when boxes arrived with missing items, but I kept calm and documented everything. I’m writing this after sending photos and short videos multiple times to support, and those attachments are just being ignored. To be clear: seven items I paid for were never shipped to me. I requested confirmation and shipping info, and the replies from customer service have been vague or absent. I returned seven items via InPost using the provided return references, and in the past refunds were almost immediate — this time nothing has hit my account. I’ve listed the order and return IDs in messages, but still no resolution. There’s also an opaque promotion — “7 products for €0” — that isn’t really free unless you spend an absurd amount to earn enough points; that felt misleading when I was evaluating value. I want Temu’s legal or consumer relations team to contact me directly to sort either a reshipment or a prompt refund; I’m not asking for anything unusual, just what I paid for or my money back. If it can’t be solved, I’ll escalate to consumer protection authorities in my country and to EU bodies — I’ve already prepared the evidence. Emotionally I’m annoyed and tired of chasing this, but I’m staying factual here: missing goods, ignored proof, delayed refunds, and unclear promotions. Fix it or let me know how you’ll fix it.

    A weird unboxing day that turned into a lesson

    that didn't work. Anyway, delivery day rolls around and I see the driver. He hands me a bag that looks fine from the front. I mean, perfectly fine. He’s cheerful, avoids eye contact, I mutter something like "thanks." Then I get it inside and—surprise—the back is ripped, the box inside is crushed, and the electric light box is definitely not in museum condition. The tees? Some of them had colors that had clearly taken a holiday of their own. They were washed-out, misaligned prints, not the crisp vibrant pics online.
    So yeah, at that point I’m annoyed, obviously. I take photos. Lots of them. I try to be calm while messaging customer support, because believe it or not, I prefer arguing with screens to arguing with people in the street. Support replies with a templated message about how they "closely monitor content" and that my review might have contained private info, which, uh, what? That felt like being told my voice was too loud at a library. I appealed. I uploaded photos. I explained what happened. I explained that two packages seemed to have been roughly assaulted on their way to me. The one delivery dude acted like nothing was wrong when he handed me the package, which — come on — I took as purposeful sneakiness.
    Here’s where the story gets weirdly satisfying. After some back-and-forth and a little persistence (and maybe a touch of sarcasm in my replies), I did get refunds on a couple of the worst pieces and a partial refund for the crushed box. Not everything was fixed, but enough that I felt heard eventually. So my initial skepticism—that low voice saying "don't get your hopes up"—didn’t vanish instantly, but it softened. Customer support, when they finally engaged properly, was reasonable. Not heroic. Not lightning-fast. But reasonable.
    The tees? A couple were genuinely okay, better than I expected, so that was a surprise in the pleasant direction. The poster had creases but after flattening it for a day the worst of them faded. The electric box? It got replaced after I pushed for it. So look, not a perfect saga where everything turns into confetti at the end, but it didn’t stay a disaster either. The moral for me: cheap pics can be deceiving, delivery can ruin your day, but with patience you can often claw back some value.
    A few things to note so you don’t repeat my mistakes: 1) If prints matter to you, ask a lot of questions and be ready for a color mismatch. Photos online are selling a promise, not a guarantee. 2) Inspect packages before the driver leaves, even if that’s awkward. If the front looks fine but the back is ripped, say something. I should’ve insisted the driver look at it. Lesson learned. 3) Keep all your photos and don’t be shy about escalating support tickets. It worked for me.
    In the end I’m half amused, half annoyed, and generally relieved. I didn’t waste $125 entirely — I reclaimed some money and kept a couple of decent shirts. I did lose some time and patience. Delivery was the worst part; the product quality was a mixed bag; customer service was adequate once they actually engaged. Would I order again? Maybe, but with more caution and fewer expectations about print fidelity. If you need perfectly vibrant, museum-quality prints, maybe look elsewhere. If you want a cheap try-and-see and you’re prepared to fight for the occasional refund, this might work for you. Either way, keep your camera handy and don’t be shy about asking questions.

    I just bought some co-ordinate sets from this store and I was really impressed with the quality. I wasn't expecting any high-end designer stuff for just £12, but the items were actually really good quality for the price. There were lots of different colors and styles to choose from, so I was able to find pieces that really matched my style. The fully lined pieces were great for wearing on vacation. Even though there were a couple items that weren't my vibe, I was surprised at how well everything washed and still looked brand new after each wash.

    Blanket covers super slippery

    I ordered two sets of blanket covers from this place and they're just awful! No matter how many times I try to secure them with pins, they still slide around and are really uncomfortable to sleep with. It's a total hassle to return them too, not user-friendly at all like Amazon. I deleted the website but it keeps popping back up whenever I turn on my computer. So weird!

    I bought two items from your store recently, one of them being a small silver ring. Unfortunately, when the package arrived, the flimsy plastic envelope was all torn up with a big hole that made it easy for things to fall out. The ring was gone, and it was clear that someone messed with the package during shipping. I tried reaching out to customer service a couple of times to ask for a refund on the missing item. I even sent them pictures of the damaged package and the original tracking label to prove it. But every time, they said no refund because their warehouse said the item was packed. It was really frustrating to have my complaints ignored, especially when there was such obvious damage to the package and I clearly lost my item in transit. No matter how much I tried to explain, they wouldn't budge on giving me a refund. This kind of unfairness in business makes me worried and makes me want to investigate further.

    I had a really awful experience with this company. They kept telling me that they still hadn't finished inspecting the items I sent back, even though it was supposed to be done last week. And their excuses keep changing - first they said the items were at the warehouse but the system didn't show that, then they said the items weren't there at all. It's pretty obvious they either don't know what they're doing or they're trying to cheat people. They basically forced me to return some really valuable items and now it looks like they've just taken them for themselves.
