I've been shopping with them for a little more than a year now. Sometimes, I've had some problems with the quality of the items I receive or with how long it takes for them to get to me. The delivery time of 10-14 days feels kind of long, and it seems like things like paper or thin items often end up being damaged. But, when I've had to ask for a refund, it's been pretty easy. I just have to let them know what the problem is and send a couple of pictures, and they give me my money back right away. Even though I've gotten a few things that weren't the best quality, returning them has always been simple.

OMG, I am seriously loving shopping at this place!! I've been buying a ton of crafting supplies and clothes, even though I know there are other stores with higher quality items. Lost item and damaged packaging
I bought two items from your store recently, one of them being a small silver ring. Unfortunately, when the package arrived, the flimsy plastic envelope was all torn up with a big hole that made it easy for things to fall out. The ring was gone, and it was clear that someone messed with the package during shipping. I tried reaching out to customer service a couple of times to ask for a refund on the missing item. I even sent them pictures of the damaged package and the original tracking label to prove it. But every time, they said no refund because their warehouse said the item was packed. It was really frustrating to have my complaints ignored, especially when there was such obvious damage to the package and I clearly lost my item in transit. No matter how much I tried to explain, they wouldn't budge on giving me a refund. This kind of unfairness in business makes me worried and makes me want to investigate further.
Stolen returned items
I had a really awful experience with this company. They kept telling me that they still hadn't finished inspecting the items I sent back, even though it was supposed to be done last week. And their excuses keep changing - first they said the items were at the warehouse but the system didn't show that, then they said the items weren't there at all. It's pretty obvious they either don't know what they're doing or they're trying to cheat people. They basically forced me to return some really valuable items and now it looks like they've just taken them for themselves.

November-December 2023 order
I placed an order on this website a few months back, but it never showed up. I was really let down by the service and the whole thing. The website seemed kinda fishy and the whole process was just confusing. They lured me in with promises of discounts, but it seemed like a ploy to grab my info. The spinning wheel they had always landed on 100% of one thing, which made shopping annoying. And on top of that, they made me download their app, taking up space on my device for no reason.
