Recent table purchase
Even though I got a wrong tracking number at first, Ehsan from Transformer Table really came through for me. He explained that the link and number I got were messed up because of the holiday closing down the shipping department. He promised to check on it and get back to me by the end of the week. If it wasn't for his help and explanation, I would have been super annoyed not knowing when to take a day off for the delivery. The Zen desk was okay, but Ehsan's personal assistance really turned things around for me as a customer.
Expandable dining table
The customer service was amazing! They really took care of me and made sure I had all the info I needed about my order. And let me tell you, the table is just fantastic. So easy to use and it can do a lot of different things. We had a huge Thanksgiving dinner and were able to fit 13 people around it no problem. And when we were done eating, we just folded it down into a smaller square for everyday use. It's a must-have piece in my house and I'm so happy with it!
Excellent customer service experience
I was having a hard time trying to order this product for like two weeks, and I was just about to give up and do it online when I saw it was sold out. But then this rep got on it, called me back, and took my order over the phone super quick. I got my invoice right away and paid online with no problems. And they even threw in free shipping and a cool promotion, which was a nice bonus.
Transformer Table 4.0 and 6 chairs
Yesterday evening, we were caught off guard when our dinner get-together got bigger all of a sudden. Luckily, we had the Transformer Table 4.0 and 6 chairs on hand, so we just added a leaf to the table and everyone fit just fine. It was a smooth switch, so we didn't miss a beat and everyone felt relaxed and happy. Plus, the chairs were both good-looking and cozy, and the fact that we can stack them up when we're not using them is great for saving room.
Purchased x2 Patio Conversation Sets
I just got two Patio Conversation Sets and the customer service was great. When I received my order, only one set came. But when I reached out to the company, they looked into it and sent me the missing set. And then I got a bonus third set for free when the delivery company finally brought the missing one. The patio sets are top-notch quality and I'm really happy with my purchase.
Space-saving table purchase
The space-saving table we bought has really changed the game for our new house. It's so versatile and functional, allowing us to make the most of our space and then tuck it away nice and tidy when we're done. It's surpassed what we expected and we're so happy with it. Transforming table purchase
When I got my transforming table, I was a little overwhelmed by the size of the boxes. I was worried I wouldn't be able to put it together on my own. But once I started unpacking everything, it didn't seem so hard. I managed to move the table box to where I wanted it and unboxed it without any issues.

Ehsan was also really funny and made the whole experience easy and fun. He listened to what I was looking for in terms of style, price, and color to help me pick out the best furniture. I was really impressed with how professional he was and the great sales support he provided.
Awesome table, bench, and coffee table
We are absolutely in love with our new furniture! The Scandinavian oak color is just so beautiful and the table extends really easily. It did take a little longer than expected to arrive, but it ended up coming sooner than we had anticipated. We had a family gathering and it was just wonderful to have everyone gathered around the same table!
Patio dining set
The patio dining set from this company was a bit of a mixed bag for me. I really liked how customer service responded quickly and the furniture had an innovative design. It was versatile too, perfect for both small and big gatherings because it could transform, and it came with extras like cushions and a bar cart. But then the negatives started to pile up. It took forever, eight whole months, for delivery and the quality of the materials wasn't great. The soft wood easily got scratched, and putting it all together was a pain because of the cheap screws and materials. Even the pretty parasol had problems with the fabric quality and durability - the stitches came undone after using it just once. In the end, even though the idea and design were cool, the quality and how it was put together just didn't meet my expectations.

I was so impressed with the customer service at this place. I had been wanting to get the transformer table and bench for a while, and I finally decided to go for it. When I called, I got connected with a rep who was super helpful. They gave me a virtual tour of the products, showing me all the different colors and even took me on a tour of the warehouse. I really appreciated the personal touch and attention to detail. The ordering process was easy and hassle-free, and I couldn't have asked for better service. I definitely recommend asking for the rep I worked with - they were awesome!
Transformer Table
I had a problem with this company! I purchased TWO tables, the coffee table, and two benches...yes $5,000 worth of furniture and the table is in our formal dining room, and not used daily. It is just my husband and I now and we use a breakfast nook daily. I have only used the table about 5 times in the 4 months since we have owned it and used with adults and now have about 6 dings in the side of the wood! The coffee table got a huge ding from my 2 year old grandson bumbing a plastic car on it...should not nick so easy and don't believe the reviews online on the site because they have no place to leave a negative reveiw! I feel like I wasted $5,000! Btw...I spoke to them and they say "sorry doesn't fall under warranty, just wear and tear" Oh yeah...on a table set used basically 5 times!
