Solid latex pillow purchase
The solid latex pillow I got was supposed to be high loft and medium firmness, great for folks like me with bad neck and shoulder pain. But man, when I got it, it was way too soft and didn't help at all. I sleep on my side with a herniated disc, so you can imagine how bummed I was about the pillow. I contacted customer service and they let me swap it for a "firm" one. But when the replacement came, it felt just like the first one. And it didn't help that there were no labels or anything with the pillows, made me wonder if they were the real deal. Customer service was quick with their responses and sent out another pillow, but the quality was disappointing. Their return policy seemed sketchy, like they were just sending out the same pillow with different names. The company asked for more info, which I gave right away.
Natural and Organic Latex Mattress Topper Queen size
Hey, I gotta tell ya, I was really excited that I did some research before pulling the trigger on my new queen size Natural and Organic Latex Mattress Topper! It's a 4-inch layer of organic latex with a soft/medium flippable cover. Let me tell you, there are a ton of choices out there, but I'm happy with the one I picked. I'm so in love with my new topper that I'm already thinking about getting a hybrid mattress next. As a stomach sleeper who's always tossing and turning, this has been a total game-changer. I feel like I'm getting better sleep and not waking up constantly. And I'm looking forward to trying out a buckwheat pillow soon. Oh, and shout out to the company for being sustainable and women-owned, that's pretty awesome! 💜
Comfortable topper for lovesac sofa/bed
I recently got a topper and a waterproof cover for our lovesac sofa/bed, and let me tell you, it's been a total game-changer. The 3” topper is super comfy and makes the sofa feel like a fluffy cloud. I was concerned it might get too hot at night, but it actually kept the temperature just right. The customer service was top-notch, always quick to respond and super helpful. The only downside was that I noticed a crack on the bottom after 7 months of use, probably from the way the sofa cushions fold. Despite that, I still really love the topper and plan to reach out to the company to see how to fix it. Overall, they're a great company that delivers amazing comfort and quality products.
Wool base pillow with buckwheat hull top
I just got a new pillow from this company that has a wool base and a buckwheat hull top, and I gotta say, I'm really impressed with how high-quality it is. The adjustable filling is something I've never seen before and it's made my sleep so much better. I originally ordered two pillows, but one of them was delayed in shipping. The customer service team was super quick to respond and they offered me a solution that worked for me. I asked for a refund for the delayed pillow and they processed it right away. Their professionalism and efficiency really impressed me. I ended up buying another product from them and I'm excited to see what else they have to offer.
Purchased three pillows
I bought three pillows from your company recently and my experience was a bit of a mixed bag. The Wool Neck Contour Pillow wasn't great because of the uncomfortable piping. But when I contacted customer service for a return code and advice on different pillows, they were super helpful and friendly. I ended up going with the Eggcrate Latex Contour Pillow and the Shredded Latex Pillow, and I'm really happy with both of them. The shipping took longer than I hoped, but the quality of the pillows and the great customer service made it all worth it.
Compressed mattress topper for Teardrop Camper
The mattress topper arrived really quickly, but man, taking off that tape was a pain! There weren't any strange smells or anything, but not sure how durable it's gonna be since we only use it a few nights a year.
Buckwheat pillow purchase
I've been using buckwheat pillows for a few years now, so I like to think I know a thing or two about them. When I got a buckwheat pillow from this company, I was pretty impressed with how well-made it was. The cover and zipper seemed sturdy, which made me feel like it would last a long time. My only problem with it was that there wasn't enough buckwheat hulls inside. I ended up ordering more to customize it and make it firmer. I think the pillow is really good overall, but they could definitely put more buckwheat in there for a better experience.
Buckwheat pillow filling
So, at first, I was a little irritated because my pillow didn't have enough buckwheat hulls in it. Like, what's the point of a buckwheat pillow if it's not stuffed enough, you know? But then I contacted the company and they quickly sent me more filling. And I gotta say, now my pillow is just right! I'm sleeping like a baby on it. The customer service was really fast and nice. Latex mattress topper
I recently got a latex mattress topper and man, it smelled and felt amazing! It arrived real quick and was a breeze to adjust onto my old, lumpy futon. The first night I slept on it was the best sleep I've had in ages! I woke up feeling so refreshed, and all those aches and pains from working on the ranch were mysteriously gone. Big thanks for this incredible product!
Mattress topper
My experience with getting a mattress topper from here was awesome. It was really comfortable, but it didn't agree with my back! I thought the latex topper was nice, but it was too bouncy for my liking. I think I'd prefer a smaller one next time. They asked me to donate it to charity and quickly gave me my money back. Organic cotton flannel sheets
The sheets are amazing! They're so soft and cozy, perfect for keeping me warm in the winter. They fit my bed and mattress cover just right. I love them so much, I'm gonna get more pillow covers to match!
Organic product purchase
The stuff I got was really good quality, especially digging the organic choices they offer. When I hit them up via email, the customer service was pretty solid. But man, they need to work on keeping customers in the loop when stuff is running late. Waiting around for weeks to even months with no updates is super annoying. And they should totally let customers know on the website when things are out of stock. Bottom line, they gotta step up their game with better communication and managing their inventory.
Mattress topper purchase
The products they sell are really good quality, but the way they handle orders needs some work. I've ordered from them two times recently and both times, they got my order wrong. The first time, I only noticed after I had opened up the mattress topper, which was vacuum packed and impossible to repack without the right tools. When I reached out to customer service, they didn't really seem to care, which was pretty disappointing. If you order from here, be prepared to not use your stuff right away. Plus, it bothered me that I had to share personal sleep habits just to write a review on their site - I found it kinda invasive.
A King Size Mattress Topper
Ordered and paid for the King size mattress topper on July 26, and now it is August 3 and I have not heart back from them. Based on my current experience I would not shop there again unless the mattress topper is compellingly good.
Organic Mattress Topper
Very fast shipping and the organic topper is just like I had hoped: similar to a 2" memory foam. It came in a thin organic cover to protect it and has a mild natural odor, which I am told will dissipate. There was no documentation with the topper, which I will need to ask about, but the topper is very comfortable!
Latex Mattress
I made a huge mistake purchasing their latex mattress. They give you 60 days to try it out "risk-free" but what they fail to tell you is that you are actually taking substantial risk because YOU have to pay to ship it back if it doesn't work out. The mattress was way too firm for me and caused many sleepless nights so I had to return it. Not only is it physically exhausting getting the mattress layers back into boxes, but it will easily cost you over $300 to ship it back. And good luck trying to talk to a live person on their end. Turmerry is an absolute nightmare.
Did you order a firm? I'm hoping the medium firmness we ordered isn't too firm ????, if it ever ships.
Mattress topper
Their return policy says return ANY item within 30 days if you are not satisfied for a complete refund. Then Below that same warranty where you would have stopped reading says for mattress toppers you can't return before 30 days but must return before 60 days. If you return it before 30 days they take $59 off your refund. They insist that you're obligated to sleep on the thing for 30 days. What they sold me was a firm bouncy cheap piece of foam like the stuff that used to be in car seats in the 50s. And also insist that a foam vacuum packed into a bag by a giant machine be rolled by a human into same bag and box. There was no way to remove the thing without cutting bag. Rolled up as tight as a human could get it, it's now twice the size.
The positive was the fast shipping.
