    I recently got myself a bidet and I gotta say, it's been awesome so far. Setting it up was a breeze and the instructions were really easy to follow, which made the whole process super smooth.     Bidet, best purchase ever!

    I always thought it would be nice to have one of those fancy toilets with all the bells and whistles, but my bathroom doesn't have an outlet. Then, in the midst of the crazy year that was 2020, I stumbled upon this bidet. Let me tell you, it's been a game-changer. My husband had no trouble setting it up, and now it's my absolute favorite thing about our bathroom. I actually prefer to hold it until I get home just so I can use it. It was such a hit that I even gifted one for Christmas.

    My husband and I got the Ace round seated bidet on November 27th because we were looking forward to hosting our first Christmas with family. But when we tried to install it, we realized it was too big. Dealing with customer service was a pain - the communication took forever, they were slow to respond, and they didn't offer any helpful solutions.     I wanted to share my thoughts on the Tushy Ace bidet that I recently bought. I have to say, I'm pretty disappointed with both the bidet itself and the customer service. I ran into a bunch of technical problems with the bidet, but when I tried to get help from the support team, it was seriously lacking.     This bidet company is a total scam! I ordered something and noticed they were trying to slip in an extra product. I called customer service right away to cancel it, but they said it was too late. Now I'm out more than a hundred bucks for something I didn't even ask for. They want me to wait for it to arrive and then send it back, even though it hasn't even been shipped. Their customer service is awful and their business practices are shady.

    I've been really let down by how this company has been handling the return process for the item I bought. Even after trying to contact them through email, chat, and phone calls several times, I haven't heard anything back about how to send the product back. I made sure to order it in advance of the holidays so it would come on time, but now I'm running out of time to return it with no help on what to do next. I think it's not right how they're treating their customers, and I'm thinking about reaching out to my credit card company and the Better Business Bureau to get some resolution. Anyone thinking about buying from them should know that returning products might not be easy.

    I am so frustrated with this company's customer service. It's honestly the worst I've ever experienced! I placed an order on August 2nd, and it's been over a week with no confirmation yet. I've tried reaching out to them multiple times, but they never answer or respond. It just doesn't make sense to me - for the prices they charge, you'd expect top-notch customer support. But no, they only provide a number to call, and when you do, it's just a voicemail saying they'll get back to you in a few days. It's crazy! I would never recommend anyone to buy from them. Never.

    Tushy purchase

    I bought this Tushy bidet attachment and it was really awesome when I first got it. But then it started leaking water everywhere! Not cool, man. I had to fix it on my own and now I'm not sure I can rely on it anymore. Ugh, frustrating!
