Online purchase with complicated return process
The whole deal with returning this thing I bought online was a total nightmare. They didn't even send a return label with my package, so I had to jump through hoops just to send it back. I had to log in, type in my order number, and pay some fee just to return it. It was a huge hassle and really annoying. It's definitely making me think twice about buying from them again.
Online dress purchase
I just bought a dress online from this store, and I really like how it looks. But I do have some issues with how the whole ordering thing went down. Since I checked out as a guest, I couldn't track my package and only got a heads up when it was sent out. Not knowing when my dress was going to show up got me pretty annoyed. On the plus side, the dress itself is stunning and seems well-made. Still, the lack of tracking info definitely made my shopping experience less than ideal.
Two pairs of jeans - one blue, one black
I just bought two pairs of jeans from the store - one in blue and one in black. It's a bummer because the blue ones fit great, but the black ones were way too small. Now I have to deal with returning them. It would've been nice if they mentioned that the black ones run small because of the dye process.
Dress purchase, quality control issue
I bought a dress from your store recently and at first, I really liked how it looked and fit. But when I tried it on at home, it smelled like body odor! It was clear that the dress had been worn before and not checked properly before being sent out again. I was pretty bummed out about this, because I expect new clothes to be in perfect condition. It's important for the brand to make sure that returned items are checked thoroughly before sending them back out to customers.
Online return process
The way they used to do returns online was so easy - you'd just get a return label in your package. But now, they've gone and made it all complicated by making you fill out info and print it out yourself. It's pointless and such a hassle.

Order confirmation missing
I ordered from this place and never got a confirmation email. They didn't even give me a tracking number so I couldn't keep tabs on my package. When I called customer service, all they told me was that it was on its way. I waited a whole week and heard nothing, so I had to do some digging myself and discovered that my package had already been dropped off. They didn't even bother letting me know. It's just bad customer service all around - no communication, super frustrating.
T-shirt purchase
I bought some shirts from this store the other day and I gotta say, I was really happy with how nice they were. But when I went in to the actual store, I was kinda let down by the customer service. The employees just seemed too wrapped up in other stuff to help me out, and when I asked about sizing they didn't really seem to care.
cute top but too small
The top I ordered was super cute, but dang, it ended up being too small for me. Plus, it took forever to get here, like two weeks late! I tried hitting up customer service three times to send it back, and now they're saying I gotta ship it all the way to Asia? Are you kidding me? The package said it was coming from Holland. I don't mind coughing up some cash for return shipping, but this is just insane. The item wasn't even in its original packaging, just some scribbles with a pen. Not gonna bother ordering from them again, and I definitely wouldn't recommend it to anyone else.
