    2 piece swimsuit

    I wish I would have read the reviews ahead of time. Bought a suit, didn't fit, want to return, and this is ridiculous. They tell me I no longer have an account. I just ordered 10 days ago and created an account. No receipt or order number comes with the purchase and I am unable to retrieve the order number which I need to make a return. I have contacted customer service and they said I can keep the suit and order another for 1/2 off. WHAT?? So, I do have an order number - they just won't give it to me. This is a SCAM - do not purchase. The suit I received is also very poor quality and I paid $32.

    I ordered 1 set to try the sizing and they fit perfectly. So, I odered another set plus 2 bottoms and they were as if they were for kids. I contacted for return a few days later and the replied "Sunce returning is complicated process, we offer sending you a new one at 50% discount" !!!! What??

    Swim suits and cover ups

    Not trust worthy at all. Very poor service. Their website says they will take return. And when I asked for return because very very poor quality and not a single clothes are right size. And now they saying either we exchange the iteams or give you two free iteams for 10 iteams.

    Do not buy from this company! They took over a month to ship out my items. When items arrived, they did not fit so I tried to make a return. Company is now denying that they received my return and refusing to refund even though FedEx says the packages was delivered a month ago. Do not trust them!

    I HAVE PURCHASES A BIKINI FROM THEM AND IT WAS NOT TO MY SATISFACTION. THE MATERIAL WAS CHEAPLY MADE AND THE TOP WAS SHEER. I TRIED RETURNING IT TO GET MY FULL REFUND AND WILLING TO PAY FOR SHIPPING. THEY EMAILED ME AN ADDRESS FROM CHINA. The bikini was not shipped from China. So imagine spending almost the same amount on the item to ship back, doesnt make any sense. The mother fuckers just want you to keep that shit!!!

    4 bathing suits

    I ordered 4 suits reasonably priced. The sizes fit well, I used the size chart.
    But one suit, the leaf print ruched one piece, did not match the picture on line. The online suit had vibrant colors, the suit I received was dull and ugly colors. I tried to return it and get a refund but they do not accept returns because I would have to send it all the way back to China! So I am stuck with a suit I hate. Beware

    bathing suits

    I ordered mutiple suits from here and it took 2 months for them to reach me. None of the items fit and I would like to return but they have dragged their feet and not given me any return shipment information so I can get a refund. The policy says 15 days but because they will NOT supply return information that time line goes by. I have been trying to get a refund and return shipping information for weeks.

    Two dresses

    Stated I would receive item in 6 to 10 business day. It took a month! Also, I needed to return an item. Which you need to contact them first before your able to return anything. And they wouldn't respond to my return request. I tried several times to contact them. Now I have a dress I can't wear or return. They are all nice until you want to return something. They are also located in China.

    4 bathing suits for $126

    This was my final email to Beachsissi after 6 back and fourths.

    I am extremely disappointed in your company and will NEVER order another thing from you. I will also make sure everyone I know is aware of your ridiculous policies and your lack of follow through when it comes to righting your wrongs. I spent a $126 USD at your company on poor quality bathing suits, with weak descriptions at best. More importantly I specifically paid for 3-5 day shipping as I was going out of town two weeks from my order date and of course they didn't arrive until the day I return home so I had to purchase additional bathing suits to take on the trip. WHY offer and have a customer pay the 3-5 shipping option if it doesn't get there for 3 weeks? One of your terrible return offers does not even reimburse the shipping cost I paid. It looks like I should have done a better job reading the reviews for your company before I made my purchase because it looks to me as though you are not really in the clothing business but rather in the business of stealing people's money. I am extremely disappointed in my entire experience with Beachsissi and will NEVER again be dooped like this and I will make sure nobody I know ever is either. At least one good thing came out of this, in the future I will make sure my consumer research is thorough and because of your company I will ALWAYS buy Made in America.

    BEWARE! Site states they take returns - I requested RA # to return a $129 order - received an email stating to keep the order in exchange for $15 store credit because they're in China! I replied I don't want something I'm not going to wear, they replied again to take credit or resell it myself! Sizes are off and fabric feels like a plastic bag.

    The items I selected do not fit as I am fairly big breasted and they had fitted bras.

    Unfortunately I am DISAPPOINTED in the customer care service provided for returns and find it to be very deceptive. So I would not recommend doing business with this company.

    I ordered 3 swimsuits. They took 8 weeks to arrive. I got home from the vacation I planned to wear them for & they came a week later.
    The suits are poor quality & ill fitting! The customer service I’ve received is the worst! I have to pay to return them to China & they’ll give me $3 per suit. That’s it! Or they’ll try to convince you to take half price items instead of returning. I would NEVER order from them again!

    There is nothing positive to say about this company....
    I purchased a swimsuit and pd for expedited shipping based on delivery time frames posted. I did not receive this until over a week after the latest delivery dated posted. I was on the vacation I purchased this swimsuit for. Attempted to return the product and was told it was out of their 14 day return policy, I then attempted to get a refund for my expedited shipping fee since I paid for a service that I did not get and was told no. Please do not purchase unless you just like donating anyone.

    Swimwear

    DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Their swimwear is not quality made and their sizing is not accurate. Purchased two swimsuits and one was stitched twisted and the other wasn’t stitched at all. Both of them were size large (I wear a 6) and they wouldn’t fit a size 2! When I contacted for a exchange or return I was told they would send me two larger suits for $30.00 and keep the original shipment or pay to return the items to China. I NEVER would have purchased them had I known they were coming from out of the country. It will cost me more to return them than what I paid for them.
