The influencers and ambassadors who work with this store always talk about big discounts, but even with those, the prices are still high compared to other options out there. Plus, even with a €100 discount code, the delivery costs were crazy expensive. I wouldn't recommend using this site again for shopping.

I would not recommend this brand at all. The jewelry I got was all messed up - the silver coating was chipping off, showing the really cheap stuff underneath, even though they said it was "steel" online. And to top it off, customer service is nonexistent - no one ever answers and they don't even try to make up for the messed up order. Just a heads up, steer clear of this brand!

I can't believe this! I bought something from them more than a month ago and haven't heard a single thing since. It's crazy how little they communicate. Why is it so difficult for them to just shoot an email or text with an update? This whole situation has been so annoying and I'm not sure I'll shop here again.

Express shipping disappointment
I was so let down by how long it took to get my order delivered. I shelled out extra for express shipping, but it still took more than a month to actually show up at my door. It's just not cool, you know? They told me it would be faster, but that was clearly not the case. I was counting on them to come through with quick and efficient service, especially since they brag about having speedy delivery choices.
Statement necklace
I bought this really cool statement necklace that I was so excited about, but man, it was a huge letdown. The shipping was crazy expensive and it took forever to arrive – like a whole 6 weeks. When I finally got it, it was such a disappointment. The necklace was made of this super cheap plastic and definitely not worth the price I paid. And to top it off, it broke the first time I wore it, which was a major bummer. Plus, I thought it was shady how they tried to get people to promote them on social media in exchange for a 100% discount, but still made you pay a ton for shipping. Just not cool.

But I wasn't as happy with the bracelet because it looked too thin and shiny, showing scratches in some spots. Overall, I'm happy with what I bought. I just bought this social media promotion package from this company that gave me three items to post about on my accounts, just had to pay for shipping. At first, I was super excited about the products and I shared them on all my social media platforms. But then, one of the rings broke like an hour after I put it on. I tried reaching out to the company to see if they could help, but they totally ignored my messages and never got back to me. The lack of customer service and taking responsibility was really disappointing.
