I was super happy with the cosplay costumes I got for my nephews' birthdays. The quality was top-notch, way better than what they usually wear from somewhere else. The sizes fit them perfectly, which was awesome since they're 7 and 9 and on the shorter side. The costumes were so well-made, you could tell they were crafted with care. I'm really happy with my purchase and would totally tell others to check out this store.

The folks at this store were so friendly and knew a lot about cameras. They helped me out quickly, like when you go to an Apple store and there's a bunch of employees waiting to assist you. The camera I bought looked like it was brand new, so I was really happy about that. I wish I could come here for all my camera needs.

Incorrect address autofilled
I had a really frustrating experience with this company recently. I used Google Pay for my order, but the address got autofilled incorrectly and I couldn't fix it later. I tried contacting their customer service multiple times for help, but I didn't hear back at all. I sent emails, tried calling their phone number (which didn't work), and even reached out on social media, but nothing worked. It's disappointing that they weren't responsive, especially considering how expensive their products are.

I bought some CBD oil from this company not too long ago. I was bummed out to see that I couldn't find the certificate of analysis on their website. Even when I put in the batch number from the bottle, I still came up empty-handed. Plus, scanning the QR code just sent me back to the home page. I sent them an email, but it's been a week and I still haven't heard back from them.

Pool room curtains
I just bought some curtains for my pool room, which has an open side. I was dealing with a bug problem, especially big horse flies always getting inside, so I needed a fix. I had bought curtains from another company before, but the fabric didn't hold up for long. I decided to try KGorge this time, and I'm really happy I did. The fabric quality is top-notch, and I believe it will last for many years. The grommets are strong, and the panels look great in my space. Overall, I'm really happy with my purchase and the whole shopping experience, including the communication during shipping.

Tactical jacket purchase
I gotta tell you, I was really bummed out by the stuff I got. It was all pretty low quality, like it was made out of that really flimsy polyester material. I splurged on a $75 tactical jacket, but all I got was this sad, cheap windbreaker. The pictures online totally lied to me, 'cause what I got looked nothing like that. Now I've gotta deal with the headache of trying to return it, which I know is gonna be a pain. Seriously, do yourself a favor and steer clear of this store!
