    Challenging, exciting, educational

    These kits are seriously awesome - they're super durable! And let me tell ya, they're pretty rad too. Believe it or not, I'm actually picking up some new skills as I assemble them, which is a huge plus for me. I ran into a snag when one of the kits was missing a few pieces, but their customer service was top-notch. They replied fast and sent out the missing parts without any issues. I really respect a company that cares about their customers and is dedicated to their satisfaction.

    Skincare purchase

    I recently purchased this skincare product and it turned out to be a one-time purchase, or so I thought. Three months later, wham, they charged my card for another three months' supply without my consent. I was like, "Wait a minute, I haven't even finished the first batch yet, why are you sending me more?" But they basically just said tough luck, you're stuck with it. I couldn't even cancel before they took the money from my account! It's like their policy or something, no cancellations allowed. How is that fair? I just wanted the choice to decide if I wanted more or not, but nope, no control over it. The worst part was their attitude, like they didn't care about what I wanted at all. I've never been treated so poorly by a company before. Long story short, I advise against dealing with them, once they have your card number, you're locked in, man.

    Dozen colossal jumbo crabs

    I got a dozen of those huge jumbo crabs from this place for my wife, who's from Baltimore. It was a special treat for her and she was so happy to get a taste of home since we can't find real blue crabs around here. The crabs were super fresh and tasty, and she couldn't be happier. The customer service was top-notch, they even sent a sweet thank you video just for us. I totally suggest ordering from here if you want awesome seafood and amazing service.

    Furniture return request

    I had to get in touch with customer service at Seamido about returning some furniture I bought. I tried messaging them a bunch of times but haven't heard back at all. It's really frustrating because I spent a lot of money on the furniture. I'm pretty upset with the service I got from Seamido and wouldn't suggest them to anyone.

    My first experience with this service was a bit slow, which made me worry a bit.     I ordered some flowers for delivery on Monday, and now it's Thursday and they still haven't shown up. I reached out to customer service, but all I got were excuses and nobody seems interested in giving me a refund. It's really frustrating and disappointing, especially since I paid a pretty penny for those flowers.
