Book order
I ordered a book and chose the express shipping option. I was so happy when my order arrived quickly, especially because I've had some slow experiences with other online bookstores in the past. Alibris really came through with their promise of fast delivery, and I was super grateful for that. It would have been nice to have a general customer service number for any questions, but the seller did a great job communicating with me promptly and effectively. I will definitely be buying from them again next time I need a book.

Q28 headphones
I recently got these headphones and let me tell you, they are amazing! The noise cancelling is top-notch and the sound quality is unreal. It feels like I'm front row at a concert everytime I put them on. Initially, I was pretty happy with them, but then I started exploring all their features and now I am completely blown away. I was a bit skeptical about buying them online, but the website turned out to be legit. Now, I don't think I'll ever need another pair of headphones. They are super easy to use and just absolutely fantastic!

Wrong dress and poor quality
I just bought something from this company and it was a total disaster. They sent me the wrong dress and it was really low quality. I was really disappointed with the whole thing and definitely wouldn't suggest buying from them.

Paypal payment issue
I ran into a problem with my shipping address when I used Paypal to pay for my order. Luckily, the customer service rep was really helpful in canceling the order and showing me how to input the right address so my stuff would get sent to the correct place.
