    Online purchase during sale

    I recently bought something online when it was on sale but it ended up being returned because it couldn't be delivered. It wasn't my fault because I gave the right address. I tried reaching out to customer service several times, but all I got were automated replies and no sympathy for my situation. It's really annoying not getting any support or compassion, especially when I had proof that the package was sent to the wrong address. It's not okay that they didn't even apologize or try to fix the problem. They just said they would give me a refund, but that's not what I wanted.

    I bought this camera back in May of 2020, and it totally crapped out on me! It's just like that other one, Hongc, you know the one that's no good at all. And get this - Campark won't even give me a new one, even though they offer refunds. What's the deal with that? I even threatened to leave a bad review, but they couldn't care less!

    Hop On-Hop Off Tour

    My time on the Hop On-Hop Off tour was amazing. The different routes showed me so much of London's history and sights, way more than I thought it would. And let me tell you about our guide, George - he was the best part! His friendly personality and all the facts he knew really stuck with me. He was super funny and knew so much about all the important places in London. It was impressive how such a young guy could know so much about the city. I would definitely tell anyone to take this tour if they want to see London in a cool and interesting way.

    I really wanted this awesome jacket that I couldn't find in my size anywhere, so I went ahead and made an account on DHGate to order it from a seller. Unfortunately, the seller informed me that it was out of stock and offered me a different one instead. I wasn't interested in that, so I decided to cancel my order. The problem was that the seller refused to cancel it, and DHGate couldn't assist me unless I received the item, which wasn't possible because it was out of stock. It was such a headache and left me feeling really frustrated. In the end, I ended up losing my money without getting anything in return.

    I just bought some body wash and hygiene stuff from this company, and man, it's been a real pain. They dropped the ball on shipping my stuff, and when I finally asked about it, they told me the stuff I paid for is suddenly out of stock. And get this - it was still listed as available on their site. I had to be the one to reach out to them.

    Puffer jacket repair

    I was so devastated when my favorite puffer jacket got ripped while I was out. I thought it was done for, but I decided to try out this repair service. I sent it off to them, and I am honestly amazed by how great it looks now. They did a fantastic job on it, and now my jacket looks good as new. The price for the repair was fair, without any unexpected charges. The people working on it definitely know what they're doing, and I couldn't be more pleased with how it turned out. Thanks a bunch for saving my favorite jacket!

    A order that I never received customer service didn't help solve the problem

    I never had to use customer service because I always ordered from the book or website. But I sent in an order through PayPal and Especially Yours declined my order without any explanation. When I tried to call to see what the problem was they were nasty. I had the money on my accounts that I use through PayPal I knew that wasn't the issue. I emailed a few times didn't get a good answer so I called they couldn't tell me anything and was nasty. I couldn't believe how they were acting, I explained to them I spend a lot of money with Especially Yours for me to get this kind of service. I will not be shopping with them again.

    I have been taking MenoFit now for a couple of years. I LOVE IT! For someone who can’t take hormone replacement therapy these work great. I couldn’t sleep at night. Hot flashes every hour. Now I have one very 3 hours or so. I just started incorporating the Fiber into my diet as well and I love it too. No taste, not gritty at all and helps with regularity. I couldn’t be more pleased with this company and the great work they are doing for all women!!

    Reading all the negative reviews, let me add my own experience.
    - The T-shirts arrived in a reasonable time, tracking was available.
    - Quality is good, they are really cotton, and they are ok also after couple times washing them.
    - They fit absolutely true to size. Note: I am from Europe. American sizing is different, and that might lead to the sizing confusion. What we label M in Europe, is called S in the US. So, US folks need to be aware of this and order one size up. Everybody else is fine.
    - The only downside is the price, you sure can get T-shirts for cheaper. But not with this kind of funny pictures, and I was buying for specific designs.

    Overall: happy customer.

    Hi Darina, can I ask how long it took for you to receive your shipping? I have used the tracking function since day one and every second line says it’s been delayed for some reason. Now it’s listed as “delivered” yet I’ve received nothing.

    I have received multiple emails stating the warehouse moved and my order is delayed. I'm supposed to have a tracking number by 04JUNE2021.

    I ordered my shirt on 1st june and i haven’t received yet and today is june 8th still it’s showing sorry it’s delay for some reasons seriously guys don’t trust this app this is totally fake.

    Mine order says delivered but I haven't received anything

    I ordered one for my daughter and after three weeks it said "Number not known disposed of by post office". I doubled checked her address and it was fine. No refund or anything. It did say it shipped from China

    My order says delivered on July 1st. I was home the entire day and nothing was delivered. Soulmia told me to check with my local carrier with a tracking number. The tracking number they gave me does not exist with FedEx, UPS or USPS. I've requested the carrier information 3 times and they ignore the question in my emails. I'm one more response of them telling me it's delivered and not actually helping me and I'm calling and disputing the charge...terrible service

    I ordered eleven items on soulmia just about 4 days ago but I went to check the progress and the order says output failure even after being "quality inspected" could you tell me what is happening and if the money will be aren't back if its not delivered?

    Any company that will not provide a phone number for customer service is a poor company.
    I will never order from this company again.

    Never ever buy from this place again. All sizes are 1 or 2 smaller than what usually should be. Their return policy sucks sine they ask you to return them directly to China and pay for the shipping expense.

    I had tracked mine and it stated there was a "Failure" in Delivery. Hmmmm So I tryed double checking it, 24 hrs later nothing but then now it's "Delivered" but Rancho Cucamonga, CA!!! WHAT?!! I'm in TEXAS! I think the postive reviews are actual workers to support this online and not actual customers. I see a bunch of the same reviews of the same..."Deliver problems, wrong deliveries and other problems." At this point a month after placing the order, I lost interest in the shirt and I want my money back!

    I should have looked into this company before I bought items from them. I ordered a dress and 2 shirts. It took 4 weeks for them to come. The material that the clothes were made of was the thinest material I have ever seen. The dress is a wrap around with only a belt to hold it together, not a button or snap to help keep it closed. I, like others just looked at the pictures and ordered. I won't do that again.

    I placed an order about a month ago,2week ago I received a tracking # ,entered my emails address with the tracking info. Reply was emails doesn't match account on file, but keep getting advertisements for the website, there's no more money to be spend here. Products look good,service ... real bad

    After using these products for a few days my hair became extremely dry and brittle. I see in the reviews here that I am not the only person that has had this issue. I reached out to them regarding a return and was told I had to pay for postage. You do not have to pay shipping when you purchase the products....so why do you when you return them. The email they sent was in a little broken English, so not sure where these people are. They obviously are playing on the aging generation of women. My hair is healthy, just fine so there is no reason for it to become dry and brittle just after a few washes with their product.

    Incomplete shop

    There was a time when one apparel shops stored all type of clothes,summer,winter sports,leather n cotton jackets, shoes , accessories etc either of men,women kids. Gradually different shops for particular segments ,and again back to same selling style like long back .
    Later called malls where everything of our needs can be shopped under one roof.
    Specialist shop kept their way on and focused in one section unlike K Deer .Importance of such stores are hasel free point for sports related people either men or women or even kids.
    This is not important to mention what I have purchased from KDEER , important is quality,latest fashions apparels in sports,prices and timely delivery to customers. All are well checked and tested.
    What is missing? That is there are no better options for men. Just selling shorts ,keep customers unhappy because for other upper clothes ,shoes accessories,they have to visit one or two more selling point to complete shopping
    You should think about else let it women's n kids apparels shop for sports wear.

    The company is a waste of time. They sit you through a long grueling 40 minute presentation about their company only to waste your time. They don't mean what they say. No a company I would want to work for.
